Un des meilleurs hotel de port ghalib si ce n’est le meilleur. Il porte plutôt bien son nom « palace ».
Agréablement surpris par la gentillesse, la douceur et la disponibilité du personnel.
Le all inclusive est plutôt bluffant. Même la journée à la plage vous êtes servis sur votre transat.
La nourriture est assez répétitive mais elle est si abondante et différenciée qu’on peut manger des choses différentes chaque jour. Cependant je pense que pour des voyages de deux semaines et plus cela pourrait gêner.
Petit bémol pour le spa. Les prix sont à la tête du client. J’imagine que le ou les propriétaires du spa sont différents de l’hotel. Finalement je n’y ai souscris aucun soin.
J’y retournerais.

Great hotel!!! We were there for the second time and will definitely be back. Stayed in early November 2025. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned daily. The food was very good, with something for everyone! The attractions were very good, and the entertainment staff were great. But the best part was the service at the main pool. Amir is an amazing person, exceeding the expectations of guests!!! People like him work to build the hotel's brand! Best regards to all the staff.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Most of them understand some German and some English. Tipping helps speeding up the services. They have many restaurants included in the All Inclusive package and another 3 a la Carte restaurants. You can always ask Yomna to book your restaurants and she’ll make it sure that you find a table. Of course you’ll find tourist reserving all the sunbeds but if you are busy diving it doesn’t really matter :)
