Sun rise montemare אין קבלת פנים מסודרת.. קבלת חדרים ב chiek in מבולגן לא מסודר .. עמוס ואין מקבלי החלטות בדלפק קבלה .. מלא אורחים ממיתינים לפחות 4 שעות לקבלת חדרים לא מוכנים אין מעליות בבית מלון ... לא נגיש למשפחה עם עגלת תינוק .. אין מעליות ומעברים לא נגישים .. הרבה מדרגות בכל מקום לא נגיש בכלל .. מעצבן .. מרגיש מוגבל .. נגישות אפס. שירות שאטל על הפנים .. ירדנו לאיזור הים מרוחק בהליכה ולא הצלחנו לחזור לדלפק קבלה .. אין שאטלים מתאימים לעגלת תינוק ולא נגיש בכלל מעצבן רצח .. כל השאטלים מלאים תפוסים ואין מקום ומגיע פעם ב 15 דקות וצריך להמתין לפחות שעה שמגיע שאטל פנוי לאסוף אותכם לחדר אוכל לאחר ההזמנה באפליקציית Trip הזמנתי חדר דילוקס עבור 2 מבוגר ו 2 ילדים בגילאים 6 ו 4 שנים, וקיבלתי אישור מהבית מלון על ההזמנה וברגע שהגעתי לבית מלון אמרו שיש בעיה בהזמנה, בהתחלה אמרו שהילדים לא רשומים בהזמנה וכשהראיתי להם אימייל ההזמנה התחילו להגיד שהילד הוא בן ארבע ושמונה חודשים יענו 5 שנים וצריך לשלם עבורו תוספת 400$ ; בית מלון מנסה לגבות כסף בכל מחיר; עוקץ ורמאות .. שילמתי תוספת בסוף למרות שההזמהה היתה תקינה לחלוטין ללא שום טעות או חוסר ; פשוט בית מלון והנהלה רמאים וגנבים ... בית מלון מיושן ... חדר דילוקס עם נוף לבריכה ולים קומה שניה ללא מעליות .. וללא רמבה לעגלת תינוק צריך לרדת ולעלאות מדרגות של 100 מדרגות בשביל להגיע לחדר אוכל ... ולרדת עוד איזה 50 מדרגות עם עגלת תינוק בשביל להגיע לים או לבריכה .. מקלחת ישנה צריכה שיבוץ ; מים במקלחת בקושי זורמת ; פשוט מעצבן בגלל הגינה והירק והמדשאות מסביב לחדר מלא חרקים; יתושים ושַׁפִּירִית באופן מוגזן שלא הצלחנו להגיע לחדר מרוב העומס שלהם בדלת הכניסה ופרוזדור של הבניין 10 חדר דילוקס לא עושים ריסוס אולי שנים, שום דבר לא מתוחזק מגעיל ומטונף .. בחיים לא אחזור לשם ולא אמליץ לאף אחד להגיע למקום מגעיל כזה .. אכזבה גדולה עם עוקץ גדול בהזמנה ותוספות תשלום על כל שקרים .. לא להגיע למלון זה; פשוט יצליחו להרוס לך את החופשה בגדול ... בפאר ליד הבריכה הסנאק והנשנוש צריך להזמין לפי הזמנה ולא בופה פתוח ; שיטה מעצבנת מאוד ; הזמנה של המבורגר / פיצה יכול לקחת בהכנה כ 30 דקות ; הזמנת שתייה קרה/חמה יכול לקחת 30 דקות ; פארים מרוחקים ולא מתוחזקים ולא יעילים .. בפאר העגול ליד הבריכה המרכזית מול הים הסנאק רק בהזמנה. וזמני המתנה ארוכים במיוחד .. הזמנות מתבלבלות.. אין מספיק שולחנות וכסאות מספר השולחנות מצומצם ומזערי .. בשייה עם אחראי משמרת מספר שזאת בעיה ידועה והרבה מתלוננים על זה וזה אשמת ההנהלה במלון הם מודעים למצב הזה ולא מטפלים בזה .. חדר אוכל בופה פתוח עם מספר שולחמות ומקומות מוגבל לא מספיק לכולכם יש תורים וזמני המתנה ארוכים --- אין מגוון אוכל וזמני הארוחות קצרים מדיי ..

Отель очень понравился🩵 жили в первом корпусе с террасой и выходом к бассейну 16+ идеальное место! Все красиво, эстетика, много зелени. Питание шикарное! Море в марте прохладное, больше в этом месяце не поедем. Риф живой. Не сказала, что прям вау, но посмотреть можно 🐡🐟🐠 На анимацию не ходили, но проводят аквааэробику, йогу, игры. По понедельникам в 11-30 пенная вечеринка на пляже, кааайф! 👍🏻 В воскресенье и четверг выезд в White hills на карнавал! Очень крутые артисты выступают 🥰но в воскресенье помпезнее и еда/напитки включены. Вообщем, отель оправдывает свою звездность! Мы довольны отдыхом🙌🏻❤️

Отличный отель. Расположение, питание на достойном уровне. Морепродукты ежедневно присутствовали на обед Для отдыха с детьми рекомендую. Есть аквапарк, бассейны с подогревом! Отдыхали несколько раз в этом отеле. Анимации как таковой нет ,ну наверное это для кого-то это минус. Нам было не скучно т к. Мы были с друзьями!

酒店服務很好，設施維護也不錯，特別是小童樂園，特別新，救生員很負責，關注到了每個娃娃，讓人感覺很放心，所有服務員服務也是很主動的那種，fathalla打掃衞生也非常乾淨，每天都把客房衞生保持得很好，這個酒店很推薦，是度假的好選擇。我們的房型包含了三餐，每天到了時間就去吃自助，很開心不用為點菜發愁，酒店還有交通車來回酒店，不想走路可以坐車。
