Steigenberger Alcazar

It’s far from other tourist attractions but lovely! And highly recommend:) food was so good!

In September we visited the Alcazar for the 6th time in 3 years and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome as always. We were checked in quickly, our room request was met and our bags whisked to our room, while we enjoyed a glass of fizz after a long day. Again, as always — every single member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. It really felt like we were being looked after by friends, despite many of the staff being new and not knowing us from previous visits. Our room was beautiful — spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The housekeeping guy, Mohammed (3011), did a fantastic job every day, always smiling, professional and checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Little touches like bringing our favourite tea bags and remembering our preferences made it feel so personal. He is a credit to the hotel. The à la carte restaurants were absolutely superb. Every meal felt special, with delicious food, decent wine, lovely presentation, and attentive service, and chefs regularly checking in to make sure you were happy with the food. We were there at a busy time of year, yet it never felt overwhelming with crowds, and there is always someone asking you if everything is ok, or do you need anything, and if theres an issue they immediately listened and made noticeable improvements. The fact that the management team took feedback seriously and act so quickly really shows how committed they are to giving guests the best experience possible. In particular Ahmed Fathy, Mohammed Elbana, and Vita from guest relations who all made things extra special every day. Management are all visible, approachable and listening. The whole resort is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, stunning beach and cabanas a relaxing adult pools, and great fun stuff happening at the activity pools. The hotel has a calm, peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that makes it very hard to leave! So we keep coming back. Everywhere you go, you’re greeted with smiles and genuine kindness, and a real willingness to provide what you ask for. A huge thank you to everyone at Steigenberger Alcazar for such a memorable holiday. In particular, Islam, Omar and Milad from the adult pool who worked tirelessly and were great at their jobs. The pool was very busy and we never felt neglected for the whole 2 weeks. Mahmoud and Ahmed, life guards from the adult pool were also great, really attentive and made sure we never wanted for anything. And of course Reda, Pools and Leisure Manager for checking in on my mum regularly, ever day. It meant so much to her, thank you. Also to Mohammed the Manager from the seafood restaurant, thank you for taking great care of us every time we had dinner. Mahmoud from the Lebanese, who was excellent at serving us at late breakfast. This was our second visit to Sharm el Sheik and it was the best holiday we could have wished for .This hotel is one of the best ,the service and care given by the staff is second to none .We did have a rocky start when we were not given the room we had booked ,we are two elderly ladies with disabilities and paid for a superior room on the ground floor with a pool view for easy access, unfortunately we were given a honeymoon suite ! not suitable at all .. nevertheless it was all sorted the following day. Our holiday began. The pool side life guard assistant soon helped us to get settled and was attentive the whole of our visit, taking great care of us, so a big thank you to Ahmed and to the guys who cleaned our sunglasses ,who came around and sprayed us with cool water, very refreshing . Also a big thank to the guys at the poolside bar where everyday Mojitos were served with appetising lunches . The ala carte restaurants are very good we enjoyed the Italian ,the Japanese ,the Mediterranean ,and the Lebanese all very good and the service was excellent in all .We found the golf buggys very useful and the drivers were all cheerful and happy to accommodate two ladies who are not as mobile as they were . The Magic entertainment team were very enthusiastic ,and kept a good atmosphere around the pool area it was great fun to watch. Overall this hotel deserves its five stars and we shall return well done to you all for such excellent service.

Overall great Experience, with the Service , clean, staff , variety, restaurant and Entertainment specially Amora Restaurant, Reham is the best
