有一對一的管家服務，管家會提早打電話加好微信方便聯繫，我們是下午辦的入住，天氣很熱，提前告知我們要去，管家貼心的幫忙把房間空調打開，一進門的涼爽瞬間讓人好感倍增。房間很大很寬敞，整理的也很乾凈，房間裏有大湯池，忘記拍照了，熱天在室內泡澡還是很愜意的！退房當天管家也很早就告知可以將房卡拍照後離開，她們幫忙辦理退房，非常貼心，總之體驗感很好，服務很到位，下次還是會再來的！

泰國館單層房間很大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，早餐豐盛，孩子喜歡屋後的私湯，玩了三回，有管家一直貼心服務，周圍出行開車更方便，海鮮肥美實惠，滿足了孩子住好酒店、玩水、吃美食的各種需求，值得不遠300多公里從南京過來！

1.恆大五國温泉酒店的環境很棒，鳥語花香、草綠花美對於喜歡安靜又喜歡泡湯的人，這裡會是很棒的選擇。
2.客房服務非常到位，入住時會有專門的管家添加你的微信，然後你有任何需求都可以通過微信聯繫管家，並且回覆速度很快，服務態度也很好，基本上有求必應。
3.這邊距離恆大海上威尼斯酒店還是有段距離的，打車或者開車過去要3.5km，10分鐘左右，早餐可以全責前往那邊吃自助，也可以讓管家提供上門送餐，照片裏有送到房間的早餐的照片，整體講品質還是很不錯的。
4.至於訂房時給到的五國温泉門票和碧海銀灘門票，可能是因為季節原因，無論是泡温泉的遊客人數，還是碧海銀灘景區內人都很少，景區內也還在改造，海水看起來有點臟。
其他：
進入房間空調已經開好，屋子裡很暖和，因為正好趕上啟東下雨外面比較冷，所以還是很貼心的。
進入酒店和景區內，所有服務人員都會微笑向你招手，還是非常熱情的，這一點值得肯定。
總之，整體入住感受不錯，推薦嘗試！

進門眼前一亮，確實帶來了小驚喜，整體的裝修大氣又有温度
服務很貼心，温泉桑拿樣樣齊全，管家會來清理温泉池，及時上門添加被子，全家人都很滿意
雖然略有些偏遠，但在這裏放鬆休息兩三天也是非常不錯的選擇

房間很大，濃濃的泰國風味，最喜歡的是院子裏的温泉池子。酒店服務的阿姨都很友善。酒店乾淨衞生，也非常乾淨。吃飯要去威尼斯吃，衹能自己開車過去。住的很開心，吃飯是大問題，周圍吃的真不多。
