整體的服務態度，環境，設施都挺好。温泉的男賓更衣區，服務員態度也很好，樂於助人。有一點小遺憾是晚上回到房間，在乾乾的洗手盆裏發現了一個身體翻過來的大蟑螂，不知道是如何出現的，後來用紙包住後從馬桶沖下去了。另外要感謝餐廳劉兵雲小姐的熱情招待和優質服務，還送了自製的小糕點。

It's nice place to spend a weekend， very clean and fresh , environment is amazing. The lake near the hotel is also connected to the place you live so you can go and have a walk there. The rooms are also very clean. No smell . Beds are very soft son have a good sleep. I also wanna thank you the assistant that help us with a lot of stuff. Her name was Hannah （陈紫涵）.

這家酒店起碼有20年的歷史了，這次是我們首次住店，體驗感受非常好，酒店的風格很有特色，房間很乾凈，風景也很好。我們很欣賞這酒店的設計風格，處處用心，而且保養得很好。酒店的服務算很不錯了，看得出是很注意細節的。如果要提建議，就是房間的紙巾質量還需要提高一點。我們還會有第二次體驗的。

每年都會帶孩子們去美林湖度假，特別喜歡游泳，歡樂水世界沖浪🏄🏻♀️，工作人員（管家，餐廳，前台）服務一如既往的貼心。房間有準備點心，自助餐工作人員也貼心送上小禮物，退房時前台也送上小禮物，😃孩子們很開心

衞生：整體還是很乾凈的，但是畢竟開業很多年了，有些地方沒有清潔到位，尤其死角位，例如衞生間的玻璃門的滑道，洗浴間地漏上的瓷磚之類的，應該定時大清潔一次。
設施：房間的設備有點年限了，不過尚算乾淨。温泉區域，可能因為是夏季，好幾個亭子都空置了。水上樂園倒是還行，很多人，總體也很乾凈。
環境：完美，很放鬆。
服務：7星級服務。從辦理入住就走一位小呼帥哥幫忙提行李帶到房間，還各種介紹園區，説實話，最貼心的是主動補充用品數量，這個服務意識很到位。
另外自助晚餐，有一個湯，當時喝到有酸餿的味道，就找了一位小姐姐提了意見，想着提醒一下，結果這位小姐姐非常負責，去試了鍋裏的，回來找到我説品質沒有問題，我堅持了一下自己的意見，小姐姐又去了解情況，回來把我的湯一起端回去瞭解情況，最後還給我重新端了一晚湯過來，解釋是可能因為顧客把湯勺子去裝了隔壁的菜，把湯的味道弄壞了，還説已經更換整鍋湯。這個行為，讓我很安心，衹因為客人一句話，在晚高峯忙不過來的情況下還是願意花時間服務，這種服務意識真的非常棒，可惜衹記得小姐姐名字第三個字是鳳字？
總而言之，這次遊玩，非常開心，服務質量讓我的開心更上一層樓，希望繼續保持。
