Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location. Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.

I’m always a bit hesitant to book at an Airbnb type place if I know I’m arriving late bc if something goes wrong you have no one to call. Our flight to Quebec got delayed and I was sure there would be some hiccup with accessing our loft. But nope! It went off without a hitch and Les Lofts’ directions in the email were absolutely perfect! The loft was gorgeous and we loved our unit! Full kitchen , full sized fridge, laundry, a full bath upstairs and a powder room at the bottom. Lovely view of the old Quebec street below. And the coolest part is that it’s right above the Cow ice cream shop lol. Les Lofts thought of everything - down to a first aid kit under the bathroom sink. The only minor gripe was lack of paper towels and there weren’t any tide pods/laundry detergent. Would’ve been nice but no biggie. Clean, comfortable , spacious - what more can I ask for ? And pricing wise, it’s about the same as staying at a 3 star hotel in Old Quebec. Highly recommend!

Recommended We would recommend this property based on its location, cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. It feels safe and it’s a good location for the old town. It’s also great to walk towards Montcalm, which is more residential and has a local population and the Art Museum is nearby. The Rue de St Jean towards the west has more restaurants and is much less touristy. The only thing to note is that the building stays very warm even if you turn the heating off, and the loft area warms up. There is an AC unit but the space is large to cool down. There is an elevator, but once inside the building, there a three steps up to the elevator. The Les Lofts team is very responsive to emails.
