This hotel is seated in a very nice shopping area with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and up to date. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The desk was functional to get work done. The bathroom had a TV built into the mirror. The water pressure was ok. The elevators were quick. Breakfast was hearty, but it does come at a fee. Overall a great hotel.

Great location, right off the highway, plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the door, free self parking under the hotel with plenty of EV chargers. Area and parking garage is clean and seems safe. Hotel is clean, they have a restaurant on sight and bar open until late. Check in/out was super quick and staff was pleasant to work with. Will come here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The valet, Dakota, was exceptional. The Renaissance is lucky to have someone like him on their team.

I waited all day for my hotel room, only to finally check in and discover that the room is completely unacceptable. There are no knobs on the shower, making it unusable, and the toilet is broken and continuously runs, which you’ve acknowledged cannot be fixed. This is not the level of quality or service I expect especially considering the price I am paying. Frankly, I don’t care how full the hotel is or what the occupancy excuses are. What matters is the condition of my room and the quality of my stay. Hire more housekeeping staff. For a hotel of this reputation, this experience is completely ridiculous and extremely disappointing.
