這些年其實很習慣用Trip訂機票和飯店
但是這次無預警被系統凍結了26925的Trip Coins
我不是在意這點數，只是竟然沒人能吿訴我為什麼被凍結
我從被凍結2000多點開始跟客服反應
一下查詢是機票問題
一下回覆可能是飯店問題
直到凍結了26925點後才告訴我
很抱歉查不出來怎麼解決問題的方法
查不到被凍結的真正原因
要我重新開個新帳號重新開始
或是繼續用原帳號繼續被凍結，
也許未來有一天會解除凍結！！！！！
我不知道這是什麼回覆？？！！
也不知道我是不是唯一的一位受害者
但在投訴無門的情況下，只能來發一下文章宣洩一下自己的心情

A very nice hotel by the beach, 10 min. walk from the train station - If you come out from the sea side (so, not the city side). Little old fashioned but in a good way. Very clean, nicely kept and with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast also nice, never seen a possibility to make your own fresh juice before. But please, give us reading lights by the beds!

Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast room staff were also very nice and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Cleaning staff entered my room although I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I wish the workout room had some weights and equipment. They have cardio machines which were good. Otherwise hotel had everything we needed. And great location.
