Beautiful hotel immediately next to ipanema beach. Hotel has a staffed area on the beach with chairs, parasols. Breakfast is fantastic.

Amazing hotel - perfect location on Ipanema beach, outstanding service, stunning pool area for sunsets & drinks.
Bed quality is beautiful - I had an amazing nights sleep.
While the front rooms with ocean view are bigger / better, then courtyard rooms are also good with great air conditioning, bathroom products, etc.
3rd stay here - will stay again!

Tout était parfait. On se sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est super gentil et très attentionné. La vue depuis le roof top est à couper le souffle.

Decepcionado. Eu já havia estado uma outra vez no hotel, contudo dessa vez foi bem decepcionante. Atendimento na piscina péssimo, pessoal muito desatencioso, serviço demorado. Na recepção também outra lástima, muito despreparo, falta de educação e soberba. Houve um caso a parte que o hotel seque pediu desculpas a nos hóspedes, e bem constrangedor. Não vale o preço que cobra, tão pouco reflete a marca Fasano que estampa na fachada. Ao Grupo Fasano, sugiro uma intervenção no hotel do Rio, pois ele pode manchar sua forte marca de luxo, bom atendimento e respeito ao cliente.

Had the most perfect stay at this hotel. Every single thing just incredible. Location and service can’t be beaten. The rooftop pool view alone is enough to stay here. Service from concierge to check in to housekeeping and pool/breakfast just incredible.

Fasano is the place to stay. Location is prime, staff is the best and the food is the best. Decor is dark but elegant and furniture vintage. The only problem is that the property needs refresh to be refreshed- some floors are musky from the humidity and time, despite the fact that they use wood instead of carpets. Time has come to update AC ducts mattresses. Staff is amazing, world class. Food at Gero and breakfast a reading to stay in. Best in town by far. Copacabana palace is the alternative if you can deal with Copacabana, which is not as safe as Ipanema.
