The service was terrible from reception to the room service save for the concierge who was excellent. They seem to think it’s ok for you to have to speak to all their different departments to get anything done and there is no APP. The food and the breakfast was, however, amazing. The hall way and garden was beautiful albeit the rooms are a bit
poky and have a musty smell in the shower.

Great ambiance. Clean rooms and beautiful roof top restaurant. Location is near Spanish steps for shopping’s. We love this hotel.

硬件拉滿 環境沒的説
1.在辦理入住付按金時 由於個人原因沒帶信用卡且是銀聯卡 衹能付款現金 在我説明情況後我想付款200eur按金 但前台經理表示必須400eur 否則無法入住 期間我提出不打算在酒店消費 能否通融 但是未果 最後無奈 翻出身上所有現金405eur 交完按金400eur 就剩5歐 …導致我接下來無論是吃飯還是打車 都寸步難行 最後我用導航找到一個能用銀聯取錢的atm共耗時40min……在我去過的任意國家的五星酒店 我都沒遇到如此《執拗》的工作人員 、換做我是值班經理 我也絕不會讓我的住客如此難堪……
2.退房時流水清單無故多出一份消費早餐消費（我定的房間包含早餐）在我發現後經核查後才免於扣費
3.平均一晚600歐的酒店連歡迎水果都沒有……哪怕是糖果
綜上所述、結合攜程上其他住客的評價 對中國人有沒有區別對待 大家自行體會

1. 酒店工作人員偷了一個價值2萬+的戒指，白天放在包裏，回來發現包被翻過了戒指也沒有了
2. 保潔兩次在掛了請勿打擾牌子的情況下，不敲門直接刷卡進入房間
3. 8樓派對開到凌晨，房間完全不隔音沒法睡覺
