My second stay at UVisionary, the first time was in January.
I did have a problem with this fridge which wasn't cooling and the tv remote not working but it was fixed very quickly. There we no wine glasses in my room.
Everyone was lovely and I will stay again, the location is the best.

Отличный отель в центре Рима! Очень приятный и вежливый персонал, приехали раньше времени заселения, но все равно предоставили номер! В номере также было очень комфортно, чисто, был классный мини-бар, окна выходили на оживленную улицу, было красиво!
Рядом с отелем расположен торговый центр с люксовыми брендами, также в 5-10 минутах находится фонтан Треви, Испанская лестница, в округе много классных кафе и ресторанов! Также около отеля есть автобусная остановка, так что удобно куда-то поехать)

酒店位置很好，在大街上，去周邊景點能在步行距離。地鐵站也不遠。早餐很棒，是我歐遊至今最好的，很喜歡煙肉，是用義大利的風乾火腿煎的不是平時一般的美式煙肉。地下的餐廳食物不錯，住客還有八折。房間是小了點但設施還是充足的，感覺附近都是舊區大概也差不多，整個歐洲的大城市都那樣。

11月中旬に60代の母と3泊しました。
フロントの男性スタッフは皆サービス精神旺盛で丁寧で親切に対応してくれました。タクシーの迎車もスムーズに行ってくれたり、地下鉄の乗り方も優しく教えてくれました。また、朝食スタッフのMARTINAさんは非常に明るく親切で、本当に感動のサービスを提供してくれました。
立地も下記に記した通り最高に便利です！
客室は広く整頓されていますが、少し古さが目立ちました。シャワー室が少し使いにくかったですが、許容範囲内です。ベッドの寝心地は良かったです。通りに面しているので、夜間に外の音が割と聞こえてきましたが、寝てしまえば気になりませんでした。
総じて満足なステイでした！ スタッフの方々のサービスには本当に感謝です！

酒店的位置沒得説了 去各個景點都很近 也方便逛街 而且也蠻安全的
但是酒店整體的配套和設施 與費用完全不對等
整趟旅程住了6家酒店 這家的價格排在前三了 但是幾乎是體驗感倒數第一
首先reception就很小 衹有一個人職守 忙的時候或者接電話的時候衹能漫長等待
無人幫忙拿行李 送行李
房型都很奇怪 奇形怪狀 房間也很小 一個小小的空間裏裝下了所有設施 裝修風格暗色為主 衣櫃門是透明的裏面還有人臉 真的有點嚇人
幾乎什麼用品都不給提供 除了洗髮水沐浴露身體乳外 浴帽都沒有 更別説衞生用品 好在minibar免費贈送第一次的零食和飲品
房間衞生打掃的也不乾淨 床品有味道
早餐倒是還可以 雖然種類也不多 但是味道還可以 服務也還不錯
總體來説酒店的位置和服務是還可以 其他的真的不行 價格虛高了
