Absolutely amazing service! Our room was clean with everything we needed including a beach bag and cooler to bring to the beach. The beach and pool has attendants with included water and sunscreen. The beach attendants set up your chair, umbrella, and mini table for you. We had a balcony room looking over the pool but could also see the ocean too which I wasn’t expecting and it was amazing. Room service was very quick. They brought us pimento cheese and crackers upon arrival and cookies each evening with turn down service. The beach cruiser bikes were amazing and we rode them all over. So many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We ubered from the airport in Panama City with no problems. It is on the pricey side but I think worth it for the service you receive when you’re there. Would 1000% recommend and will be staying there again.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at . I travel a lot around the world and out of all the hotel I have stayed at in the country or out. This is the number one hotel to stay at. From the front door, the front desk, the room services, the resturant. Best fresh food every day and the concierge. Excellent services. They have services down and need to train other hotels to do the same. Thank you The pearl I will be back.

This gem of a place will be my go to for a nice getaway. Excellent staff! I love that it’s not too big and just right for what I was looking for. All the local restaurants are so, so good! Beautiful beach! The dragonflies are a personal favorite. I don’t want to go on too much because I’ll always want to be able to get a reservation.

We were there Second time, I'll come back anytime! Customer service, excellent! Restorant -"Havana Beach " we ate breakfast every morning "LOVE IT "! And I will repeat "Customer service is EXCELLENT!"
