Great Fosters - Near Windsor

Been here a few times and the hotel is lovely. Great service and amazing grounds. Unfortunately, can’t ignore the noise from the M25 directly at the end of the gardens. And one of the robes hadn’t been cleaned from a previous guest.

The service is brilliant, however the price is quite steep for what you get.

We were fortunate enough to hold our daughter’s wedding here last week. Thank you to Emma for sorting and arranging an incredible wedding . What a fabulous couple of days we spent here. The venue is amazing and created a gorgeous back drop for the day. We had sole use of the Tithe Barn, the bar area and the Orangery. All are splendid in their own way. The grounds are beautiful, just lovely for photographs. The staff were exemplary all around the hotel, a special shout out to the ladies in the breakfast restaurant and the lovely young man who catered for our many needs on the Friday morning in the Nursery suite. We used this room the night before and night of the ceremony as it sleeps 4 people and was a wonderful room for the bridal party to get ready in. Other rooms we used were ‘Deans’ (no.25) which was a spacious King size room with the softest most comfortable bed and a bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower which was incredible. Room 37 was a cosy double and was perfectly sized with all the usual facilities. The bridal suite (Queen Anne) was also incredible. Staff at the wedding were as you would hope, so efficient that you didn’t know they were there most of the time. Great job by the bar staff. Everyone worked very hard but we’re always polite . Everything was faultless, we had the best time and would recommend this as a wedding venue. One small issue afterwards was one of our guests lost a gold bracelet and when she telephoned reception and asked if it may have been found she found the staff member to be quite rude and unhelpful sadly. Such a shame as everything else was fabulous

Amazing afternoon tea for my mum’s 80th birthday. The afternoon was so lovely, staff attentive and couldn’t do more for us. The food was excellent and we had a gorgeous cake. Everybody enjoyed the experience from my 24 year old daughter to my 80 year old mum. FABULOUS FABULOUS FABULOUS
