C'est un super endroit où séjourner, bonne accueil, par contre le spa est une expérience horrible, le massage est mauvais, et il retire 10 minutes pour apparement s'habiller, bonder de monde.

Disappointed with the general décor of the whole place. Very bland and lacking atmosphere. Stayed in twin room very small, bathroom basic, coffee machine didn't work. I've stayed in many hotels in my career life and would only give this a reluctant 4* Stayed in better 3* hotels. The carpark is impossible to find, but the reception did park mine for me and bring it out at our departure. However, the food was fantastic. The cocktail bar is very small and unappealing could be so much more. Cocktails themselves were ok. Generally the staff were dressed in poor quality uninspiring uniforms.... With ok general attitude. The position on the seafront is excellent but the hotel needs a revamp and upgrades. We had a cheap week deal but if we had paid the standard rate we would have been very upset. To sum up great food chef deserves a better restaurant, Hotel not living up to the hype or it's great potential.

How this hotel possesses a 5 star accreditation is beyond comprehension. The facilities are tired and outdated, and the food a disaster. Anyone partial to frozen tomato in the salad?

Very good location. Beautiful view and comfortable bed. Kind of older rooms but in general it was a good stay. P.S. they don’t offer much bucket to be delivered to the room. They put the ice in a plastic bag instead!

The 20M salt-water pool was the highlight, kept at a comfortable 30 degrees C. The rest of the aqua center was amazing. We had no opportunity to try the hotel restaurants. It's a bit of a hike to the old town, but it's a lovely walk along or beside the beach. The Nespresso machine in tthe room was a nice touch. The mattress was on the firm side, the way we like it. I expect it would be comfortable for everyone. The shower in the room was amazing, high-powered in a way we can no longer get in the USA.
