Haven’t eaten in the Leopard Restaurant for a little while and were very impressed with their NovemberFest menu, great value at £25 for 2 courses and £27.50 for three. The portions were a good size, and excellent quality (we had crab and lobster bisque, braised beef wellington, and pudding). As always in our experience, the staff were very friendly and effecient.

We had a 5 night stay and it was first class. We have been coming to Guernsey for over 40 years but never stopped here before. Don't know why because it's excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed, ours was very quiet, overlooking the park. The highlight though was the food. There was an a la carte as well as a specials board, so no lack of choice. We would recommend the hotel and will be returning ourselves

Lovely hotel in a good location. Friendly helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a nice view over the park. A short walk to town and transport links. Really enjoyed our stay and will return. Breakfast was good, didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but the menu looked interesting even for vegetarians. I gather it is very popular for Sunday lunch.

Stayed here October 2025. One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Impeccably clean and comfortable, with nice restaurant and bar, and in a good location - just 10 minutes downhill into town. Special mention for the staff who were all extraordinarily responsive, courteous, and friendly, and were particularly helpful when we were forced to change our travel arrangements because of bad weather. Excellent - as good as it gets.

This hotel is beautifully decorated and has a luxury feel. We didn’t initially get the sea view room that we had booked but they were very apologetic and promised to move us the next day. They were true to their word and made a sea view room available the next day, we decided not to move in the end as our first room was much bigger but the offer was there. The rooms were well equipped and very luxurious. We didn’t use the Resteraunt in the evening but had our breakfast there every morning. The conservatory area was lovely, breakfast was superb with a lovely choice of food, well presented. Staff were very courteous and friendly and always made us feel very welcome. St Peter Port is only a 15minute walk but it is a fairly steep pull back up to the hotel so only do it if you’re fairly fit. Overall a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay there again.

A hotel out of step and a nightmare room made our holiday stay here a real disappointment, we stayed in room 401, avoid it like the plague. We were treated to a staff elevator's motor which was next to our room wall, this lift started at 6.50am on a Sunday morning and was still going at 10.15pm on one evening, the only way it was stopped was by an angry phone call to reception. Lack of a fridge, iron, ironing board, faulty bathroom fittings added to the overall pain. Staff were OK, but I think they could do with a bit more get up and go, the exception are the waiting staff, they did a good job

Hotel nicely located for shopping and dining. Food at hotel very good. Only downfalls are the pool. Sunloungers etc have seen much better days and pool is reached via a spiral metal stair case. The other downfall is the amount of stairs. There is a lift but many stairs to reach the lift, we even had steps in our room. Not great for those with mobility issues sadly

Lovely three night stay, all the staff were outstanding and the scallops on the specials board were delicious. The pool was just the right temperature great for a pre breakfast dip.

Despite the fact that the ownership of the hotel changed this year the quality of the service and food are as excellent as ever. The staff is caring and looking after all your wishes. They do their utmost to fulfill even very special desires with a smile in the face. This all makes me thinking and planning of coming back next year already now.
