Один из самых приличных отелей, в которых я останавливался в Питере, причем не уже не один раз. Завтраки на высоте: разнообразные и вкусные - каша, сосиски, яйца, овощи, орехи, сухофрукты и пр. Включено посещение спа и спортзала. Номер тоже хороший, единственное, матрас немного жестковат, постельное белье хорошее.

Прекрасный отель с хорошим сервисом, мне дали номер с 3 окнами и террасой. Очень чисто везде, все новое. Ресепшн вежливые и компетентные девушки. В ресторане вкусные завтраки(хороший кофе из дорого зерна, что чувствуется), сырники вкусные. Есть бесплатный для гостей тренажерный зал со всем необходимым, до 12 дня можно посетить сауну и бассейн также входит в цену номера. Спасибо за высокий уровень сервиса, я рекомендую этот отель с уверенностью!

Мало того, что мы вернулись в отель в который раз, отмечая годовщину свадьбы о чем сообщили заранее…Так «поздравить» от отеля нас решили , ворвавшись в буквальном смысле в номер без стука! Чуть ли не с ноги! Двое мужчин буквально бесцеремонно своей картой открыли наш номер и вошли! Моя супруга укладывала волосы стайлером/феном, у них сработала пожарная сигнализация, но вместо предварительного звонка/стука двое мужчин плохо говорящих на русском языке ворвались в наш номер! Сказать, что мы были в шоке ничего не сказать! При этом мы не курящие, но в соседнем номере на террасе соседи курили, позвонили на ресепшен-0 реакции и действий!!! Здесь де же решили, что заработают на нас, если мы курим в номере и ворвались без стука!!!! Не извинились, менеджмент отеля также никак не отреагировал, это не уровень отеля тем более заявленной звёздности, это уровень хостела/ночлежки доя иностранных рабочих!🤬

Отель симпатичный -чистенько, уютно, номер маленький, но всё есть, халатик дали, средства личной гигиены хорошего качества дают, можно не брать с собой, завтрак не брала, вокруг куча мест куда пойти перекусить, разных и на разный достаток. В отеле есть маленький спортзал и спа зона с бассейном, достаточно уютная, для гостей отеля бесплатно до 11 утра, позже- тысяча рублей. Недостатки незначительные- не работал полотенцесушитель и батарея почти холодная, из-за этого не успела высушить вещи. В целом отель понравился и подошел для моих целей на сто процентов.
