A jewel of its own. Close your eyes and book it, you will thank me!!! Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !

A great hotel for Goa, I recommend

Writing this review while still at the resort. My wife is a Bonvoy Gold Elite and I am a Bonvoy Titanium member. Unfortunately, the past 24 hours have been the most disappointing I’ve experienced at any Marriott property (including Fairfield). Despite placing pre-check-in requests for extra beds, these were only delivered more than an hour after our midnight check-in. Breakfast this morning was extremely mismanaged, with guests being asked to wait over an hour for a table something I have never encountered at any Marriott, and reflective of poor preparedness. The in-room TV has not worked since check-in despite repeated service requests. Even basic services such as buggy transfers fail calls to butler service often go unanswered or result in no action. This has been a deeply unsatisfactory stay. The only saving grace has been the beach, which is lovely. By contrast, I would strongly recommend Taj Exotica or Alila Diwa, both of which consistently deliver a far superior experience. Writing this while stil waiting for pur food order for our kid, waiting time 1+hr.

All good but for ceiling fans. Beware of it. Can’t trust anyone. Especially the ones who have vested interest in BSE or NSE or any other stocks per say. Thanks

Part 2 of the review of St. Regis. The brunch was excellent, the ambience soothing but most of all the band playing beautiful numbers. We ended the brunch experience with a dance from a song played on request by our daughter. The song was the one played for our first dance at our wedding. Till again, thanks to Ms. Chandni and her team. ✨❣️
