連住了4天，總體還是非常滿意的。
首先是地點，離旁邊的聖地亞哥會展中心非常近，還可以從一樓直接去會展中心，7分鐘直達；
其次是環境，帶海景，一樓有兩個游泳池；從一樓出去，大概citywalk 兩公里，沿着海邊就可以走到勝利之吻標誌打卡地
酒店衞生/設施、服務都挺不錯，還有中文前台接待
唯一不足的地方：價格貴了

After 6 days at the Pendry, I can honestly say I wished I could stay 6 more. Exceptional experience in every way. You will feel welcomed and catered to without anything being fussy or taking itself too seriously. The surroundings are beautiful, food and drinks exceptional, and the service simply impeccable. I can't wait to visit the Pendry in New York and other cities!

My daughter and I stayed here for a night and had a wonderful experience. The room in impeccably clean and comfortable. The beds are comfy and the in room espresso machine made delicious drinks. We were also pleasantly surprised with some complimentary gourmet chocolates and Acqua Panna Water bottles in the room. The gym is top notch with tons of nice touches- cool towels, filtered water, fruit/nuts, and really nice smelling machine wipes. We will definitely be back!

sadly terrible experience here, would never recommend it. The staff are all so rude and unhelpful. They had an in-room fridge completely full of drinks and food at absurd prices, I removed 2 water and wine bottles to the counter top to make some space for some of our perishable food items for my kids, and I was charged a $32 restocking fee at checkout simply for housekeeping to put those unopened and unused bottles back into the refridgerator! concierge is rarely at desk. reservations dept so unhelpful and rude. and security and housekeeping unhelpful too when we left items in room and housekeeping never found them apparantly, so security is telling us we must not have left them in the room when we 100% did, housekeeping just threw them away apparantly. really regret staying here.

Location is great. There are homeless people on the streets but they only mind their own business. The property is very well maintained and the service is superb!! The room is clean, the bed is phenomenal!! Recommend!!
