Very convenient beachside hotel in the outskirts of San Remo. 10 minutes walking to the center through a special pedestrian alley. Free parking, pool and a very nice garden

This Hotel has a great location but unfortunately disappointed us. Overall, it cannot be considered a 5-star hotel. The result of the remodeling is not charming and looks cheap. Our room had cheap, uneven laminate floors that should not have been rented. The bathroom was small, with no tub and a tiny shower. The shiwer hose was not staying in place and the whole thing was worse than what you can found at a 2-3 star hotel. There was a crack in the shower with literally a piece of clear tape as a repair! I am adding photos to document all that. All staff people were nice and helpful and breakfast was very nice. So, that is not the problem. It seems to me that the owners tried to save money on the remodeling and now they are far from being able to offer a 5-star standard level. What a pity!

Worse hotel that pretend to be 5 stars with incompetent staff. First the view was mostly on a road than the sea, second they are so incompetent that they don’t know how to release de pre authorisation. Bunch of arrogant fool who shouldn’t even work in a motel.

Positives: There is no doubt about it, the exterior of this hotel is beautiful. It’s a showstopper in San Remo compared to the appearance of other hotels in the area. The staff were lovely. In particularly Melanie. Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the hotel. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature, always a bed available. The breakfast was amazing. The pastries in particular, delicious. Free bike rental. Fantastic having the option to borrow the bikes… Negatives I don’t think the rooms are 5* standard, they’re basic and the bathrooms in particular the showers extremely basic and similar to a hospital shower. The drinks prices, ridiculously over expensive…. Having inflated drinks prices does not make the hotel a 5*. No water provided by the pool. Having stayed at a number of 5* hotels in Italy, they provided chilled water by the pool. You had to order it here and pay over the odds for still water. There’s no denying we had a lovely time but would I pay what I paid to stay there again. No I wouldn’t.

Overall, a perfect stay. From the minute we arrived until we checked out early in the morning. Breakfast is fantastic. Service is fantastic. The lifeguards on duty really keep an eye on every detail - eg if shade is needed, they moved the umbrellas. We were really looked well after. Only hairs in the soup were prices of food and beverages - eg 8 euros for a bottle of water and 34 euros for a club sandwich.

The Miramare is a beautifully restored hotel set in attractive grounds next to the sea. We had a sea view bedroom, which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Lovely big windows and a balcony to sit out on. And, I really liked the staff who were very upbeat, friendly and professional. Not so good? The bathroom is definitely not 5*. More 3* Plus, it has the cheap soaps and shampoos like you find in a budget hotel. Take your own. And, the price of drinks is astronomical. For example, €20 for a glass of very average white wine. I liked the hotel, so I may stay again. If I do, I will bring my own shower gel. And, I’ll sit on my balcony looking across the Riviera sipping the white wine I smuggled in.

Excellent staff, service and overall experience. Would highly recommend this property for both families, couples and all ages. Elisabetta, Cristina and the sales team really care for the property and so do the staff. Beautiful pool and beach club also

Nice building at the beech front, heated swimming pool, 4th floor rooms has balcony. Service good, personal 👌 friendly. Room sizes standard to the price paid at a place like this. But, but the drawbacks, the rooms smell, we were showed several ones in order to find a room without odour, no way. The personal agreed it's due to the furniture they use, instead of leather they have used faux leather. An other factor disturbed me, they claim this is a 5x exclusive luxury hotel. The floors and walls in the bathroom are painted, maybe it's a good paint, compared to classy hotels l have visited, marble and/or tiles. Floors always hardwood, here laminate.
