Very nice Cosy cave house with fantastic views . Fantastic sunset views , location , restaurants all within easy reach . Sleep up to 5 , suitable for families with kids.

Can’t get more authentic than this…cave house with all of the modern amenities. Private plunge pool. Views are amazing! Only issue was that there is a viewpoint a couple of stories above that people take pictures from and they can *somewhat* see you depending on where you are outside the property…but this is the nature of Santorini and its terraces… Close to everything. Great hospitality. Breakfast delivered each morning.

Oh Wow, wow wow just book it if you get the chance. The best way to really experience modern Oia from your own traditional BUT modern and well equipped Greek cave house. STUNNING views across the bay, (this is just behind the famous 3 domes) so relax by the pool with a cold drink and take in the views. It’s literally 30 seconds down some steps from the bustling alleys of Oia, then you’re in your own little (wooden) gated community:) the whole experience really is something unique you will remember for life, and we’ve been visiting Greece for 30 + years. One of the best located balcony’s in Oia too, just book it - you won’t be disappointed!!! The hosts are great too, replied by return to any messages for arrival etc, helped us get quickly settled in, they know how to professionally host. 10/10 unique experience As Ferris Bueller says “ if you have the means, I’d highly recommend it…..

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Aqua & Terra. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly warm and helpful, reaching out via WhatsApp in advance to walk us through the check-in process and answer all our questions. When we arrived, a staff member met us and kindly helped carry our luggage up and down the steps — a big help!
The view from the hotel is simply beyond words — it alone is worth every penny. Waking up to that stunning caldera view every morning felt like a dream.
The host also surprised us with thoughtful little gifts, both for us and for our daughter, which made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and varied — the best we had during our time in Greece.
The cave house itself was spotless, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place that combines charm, comfort, and such genuine hospitality.
I would recommend Aqua & Terra to absolutely everyone I know coming to Santorini. It truly made our trip.

Our Hostess took care of all of our needs and transportation. The caves were very clean and the tub was warm for our use. It is very close to the blue domes, so you can go very early or very late. Fantastic! We would do it again.

What a beautiful villa with stunning views! We really appreciated our stay, couldn't have chosen a better place. Artemis was very welcoming and helpful whenever we had a question. Breakfast delivery was perfect for us! Highly recommended- we would stay there again!

We have just thoroughly enjoyed 4 nights at Aqua Terra cave accommodation. The property is roomy, well appointed and centrally located in Oia. The view is breathtaking with views from Thira right around to the Blue domes and castle. Every major attraction and photographic site is in walkable distance and many can be viewed from the sitting area. Although you are in the midst of the busy areas (during the day), that creates a great atmosphere that you can easily escape from and morning and night it is quiet. The breakfasts are varied and plentiful Artemia is a generous host and prompt with her communication. Armando who greeted us, is friendly and helpful. Linda, the cleaner also very friendly.
