Atlantis Sanya

This stay was just ok.. Check in process take bit too long and NONE show me where is the lounge, since my booking is entitled to check in at lounge. None asking me for deposit and after we lunch and I sign the bill to room, my Buttler call and ask about.. i coming down and I go to the lounge, i did the deposit and i asked about the lounge, she seems doesn’t know im entitled for to use the lounge or anything. Once arrived at the room i feel bit DISAPPOINTED, once we book room with OCEAN VIEW and shows SEA VIEW icon i was expecting something different than SIDE SEA VIEW … i was in the last room in the corridor, opposite side of the beach (#42102), which to see any view i need go out in my balcony corner… I REALLY SUGGEST better description to avoid this expectation (also was shared with my Butler). This was the second leg of our trip in Sanya, and for sure comparisons happen… the beach ( if can call like this) is basically nothing, not nice, horses, quad bikes and nothing else for guests enjoying or even seat… DEFINITELY IF GUESTS likes beach, this is NOT the hotel. Hotel club at 48 was great, food decent and tasty. Staff polite. Breakfast at Saffron was good, nice range of food… maybe just missing the egg station and bit variety of bakery (mango bread, blueberry bread, chocolate bread all same just toppings different). Aquarium and Waterpark was great and not too many people/line.

It was a fantastic stay overall. My private butler, Farhana, was the highlight; she did everything to make my stay a truly special experience. There were two negative points: firstly, the noise from the helicopter landing pad was very disruptive, and secondly, the water in the pool and water park was far too cold to enjoy the day. However, I would gladly return anytime.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The service was exceptional, especially our butler Shakhzod, He was attentive and professional throughout our stay and was always on hand to answer any questions. Excellent 5 star service. The ladies also at the miniverse children's play area were amazing, really friendly, and welcoming. Thank you all

A Memorable Family Stay at Atlantis Sanya During the long Korean Chuseok holiday in early October 2025, my family and I took a short trip to Sanya for some rest and fun. We stayed at Atlantis Sanya, and from the moment we checked in, it already felt like the right choice. The room was big enough for our family of four and so comfortable that we felt at home right away. Everything, including the bathroom and the amenities, was modern and spotless. Most of our time was spent enjoying the water park, which quickly became our kids’ favorite place. We laughed, played, and probably spent more time there than we planned. Breakfast was another highlight — every morning offered something new, fresh, and delicious. Those small changes each day made every meal feel special, and the cheerful atmosphere helped us start each day in a good mood. The most unforgettable moment came when my daughter lost her phone in a taxi. We were quite worried, but the duty manager and our butler, Farhana, stepped in immediately. They contacted the driver, explained the situation, and somehow managed to get the phone back to the hotel. I was honestly amazed — I never thought we’d see it again, especially in another country. Their kindness and determination left a deep impression on all of us. Thanks to the thoughtful staff — especially Farhana, who took care of our family as if we were old friends — our stay at Atlantis became something truly special. It was a trip filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments. If we ever visit Sanya again, there’s no question — we’ll be staying at Atlantis once more.

Our stay at the Atlantis Sanya, Hainan, was absolutely amazing! The hotel truly lives up to its reputation — everything from the cleanliness and comfort to the top-notch service was exceptional. A special thanks goes to our assistant, Zaraki❤️for his outstanding care and professionalism. He was always ready to help, answered every question with patience, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Thanks to his attention and kindness, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful architecture, breathtaking ocean views, delicious food, and plenty of fun activities. We especially loved the water park and the family-friendly atmosphere that made our vacation unforgettable. highly recommend Atlantis Sanya to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
