從踏入度假村那一刻起，喧囂便被隔絕。每棟別墅都自帶泳池和庭院，彷彿擁有了一個衹屬於自己的小世界。你可以隨時躍入私人泳池，或在庭院的躺椅上發呆，無人打擾。
優點體驗：
· 絕對的私密性： 別墅的設計確保了客人互不幹擾，非常適合情侶或渴望安靜的旅者。

這次三亞之旅選擇入住悦榕莊，絕對是做的最正確的決定！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就沉浸在無微不至的貼心服務中。賓至如歸，名不虛傳必須要誇一誇這裏的服務人員！無論是接待經理、前台、客房還是園內接駁車，每一位員工都面帶微笑，主動問好。看到我們拿着東西會小跑過來幫忙，有求必應，而且態度特別真誠自然，完全沒有程式化的感覺。這種發自內心的熱情，讓我們全家都感到像回家一樣温暖。 酒店餐廳：味蕾的極致享受酒店裡的明月餐廳絕對是此行的一大亮點。味道一流，我們小朋友在餐廳過的生日特別開心，菜品火候和調味都恰到好處，食材能吃出的新鮮。味道至今念念不忘。服務超讚： 餐廳的服務同樣無可挑剔。服務員對菜品很瞭解，介紹得詳細，添茶換碟非常及時，整個過程優雅又舒適。

住過幾個地方不同的悦榕莊，每次體驗都不一樣，這次的三亞依然保有當地的特色。環境很好，房間的泳池不大，但是帶孩子完全夠用。服務人員都很熱情，見到的每個人都禮貌的打招呼，還詢問是否需要幫助，很貼心。每次夜床都有小禮物，很不錯的入住體驗。

省流：是非常美好的假期
從幾個方面來講吧。
第一：工作人員服務貼心熱情，幾位前台小姐姐都非常好，從入住前主動為我們考慮人員與房間的匹配度，到入住中事無鉅細響應迅速，到離店那天給小朋友和我分別送了小禮物，都讓人覺得很愉快。離店時由於某些原因，接駁車沒能來接我們，想着反正也不遠，我們自己推着行李走去大堂也沒問題。但2分鐘後，前台就主動安排了工作人員來拿行李，大家的工作主動性很高，不機械，是會主動思考的服務。
第二：房間私密性確實很好，設施便捷，該有的都有。一些小細節就是，煙灰缸裏通常放一盒火柴，第二天清潔人員清潔房間時可能留意到了我吸煙，所以多放了一盒火柴。小細節最能體現服務質量，也最讓人愉悦。
第三：區位沒得説，距離有市井煙火氣的城區很近，要獨享沙灘還是想感受鹿城煙火都方便。海灘能看日落，下午5點半到6點半海灘邊提供免費飲料酒水和水果點心，愜意享受海上日落。由於距離城區近，外賣送得很快，酒店也會第一時間幫忙把外賣送到房間門口，讓我們有更多的餐飲選擇和便捷性，這一點真的完勝某些酒店。
略有欠缺的地方就是由於酒店建設得較早，某些固定設施相對老了一些。例如馬桶比較原始，手動沖水，馬桶墊無加熱等等。用慣了智能馬桶一屁股坐下去冰了一激靈哈哈哈哈。但總體而言瑕不掩瑜。
離店時前台小姐姐問小朋友下次還來嗎？小朋友説要來。是的，再來三亞，我們仍然會選擇悦榕莊。
