We went there to the restaurants and bar, we didn’t stay at the hotel, but the service was great, and everything we had was impeccably served.

I enjoyed two exquisite lunches at the Rosewood in São Paulo. Both times I was struck by the gorgeousness of the setting, with stylish interiors and exotic planting around the outdoor dining area. The food we ate during our visits was generally of a high standard though a few seasoning tweaks here and there would have elevated it further. Staff working here are very well trained and clearly take great pride in dispensing customer service to the highest standard whilst maintaining a breezy, informal cheer as they go about their work. Highly recommended for drinks and lunch — next time I am in the world’s biggest city outside of Asia I will certainly be back to stay, too.
