Well equipped and modern, shows high design quality and low-profile luxury.
Very close to UWA and embraces fascinating bay-view in room.
Service is above average, a Mandarin young lady at reception really helpful.
F&B well done, especially bf.
Room is well maintained and keeps hygiene, shows aesthetics of minimalism.

Room was frustratingly loud with car noises even with the sliding glass doors closed. Kept waking up throughout the night even with earplugs in. Abysmal soundproofing

Overall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms equipped with microwave which was useful. Suggest to install bidets in toilets.

不到60間房，乾淨簡單，湖景一流的景觀。
要住最好的房型，你不會失望，剛開始入住在邊上，後來換了正中間的，就不願意動了，待了一個星期，出入打車去市區。
