酒店位置非常方便，步行去倫敦街，天鵝塔等地標10分鐘左右，由於是歷史建築，所以沒有電梯，前台辦理入住也非常有特點，見圖1，房間很乾凈，冰箱裏還有免費贈送的牛奶和礦泉水。退房很簡單，衹需要把房卡投進1樓的箱子即可，進出大門都需要輸入密碼，都寫在房卡套上。早餐很有意思，也是在酒店旁邊的古老建築餐廳用餐，不是自助的，而且看菜單點餐，我訂的房間是包含早餐的，到了現場服務員告知，不能超過15刀，超過了要自費。15刀以內的衹有2個選項，一個是烤吐司2片（8刀），一個是2個煎蛋+2個烤吐司（15刀）。

hotel facilities well maintained. downstairs bar serve nice food and beer- pork knuckle is a must try and hotel free welcome drink is a pleasant touch. can choose beer or wine. will come again.

Excellent location just along the shopping street and provides free drinks for each guest at the bar downstairs. Surprisingly not too noisy at night.

Location was in CBD which wass great and walkable to a great many locations e.g Barrack street jetty and we also loved that the hotel provided free breakfast and 10% off mains atthe belgian pub downstairs which offeredgreat beer options. there were also many other food options nearby as well ass a Woolsworth supermarket nearby but do note that it could be noisy during weekends as right above the pub and it was not 100% soundproof but not a problem for us as we were not light sleepers

Good location (c. 10min walk to the Perth train station which is less than 30min from the airport).
Breakfast is delicious (via a voucher with Murray Mews restaurant).
Old hotel but clean.
