I had an amazing experience at Kampala Nile Resort. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The swimming pool added a great vibe to the stay, perfect for unwinding. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center, its fantastic amenities make it an ideal choice for seminars and events. I highly recommend Kampala Nile Resort for anyone visiting Kampala!

Entering the olace it seems nice and clean. The woman who checked us in didn't seem to know her work so well. We had paid for dinner in advance, but ipon asking what was included she claimed obly breakfast until she had read through our booking. And that's ok if she at least had apologised for the misunderstanding.
The floor of the room had a lot of dust, which they did clean upon requesting this.
The aircondition was very good, but a little too noisy to use during night
We had sandwhich and burger for lunch. They were very good. But had to wait 40+ mins for them.
Dinner was somewhat a disappointment. The porkchops were dry and the fries soggy and not really warm.
Breakfast wasn't a delight either. Nit much to choose from, and when things were running low the staff wasn't aware to refill. Also water wasn't served with breakfast, but you could get a bottle upon requesting, but this was charged extra.
The facilities were decent, but not enough to change the overall rating.
But again, the place looks really nice.

The hotel is well designed with spacious rooms, particularly comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The decor is very attractive with some outstanding features. The pool is clean and well maintained We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. We paid extra to have a balcony which was pleasant to sit out on. But then the loud music with a deep beat started. While it was on it was very disturbing, disrupting concentration. We were told this was normal on Saturday and Sundays and it would go off at 7:30 p.m. The management did get the music turned down to some extent for us, which we appreciated. On Saturday the music actually went off before 7.30 as everybody had gone home. However, regrettably, on Sunday evening it was not turned off at 7.30 as we had been assured. Apparently someone was having a party and it continued until about 10 p.m. The dining room was not as well organized as we had hoped. The breakfast buffet was good but we ordered our evening meal ahead of time, as suggested by staff. We were told it would be ready by 7:00 p.m. We went down at 7 and it still took 25 minutes to appear. The following evening they offered to let us know when it was ready, but we had to ring to be told, oh yes the food is ready. In two rooms the latch to secure the balcony door was broken. The safe in our room didn't work as there were no batteries for the lock.

The room was always cleaned on time The meals were really delicious The environment is very work friendly The staffs are poilet and friendly The swimming pool is actually really clean The gym is fully equipped Though i was on a business trip i didn't get enough time to use some of the amenities maybe next time .

So I just had a friend tell about Kampala Nile Resort..today I decided to come by maybe to grab a drink or eat something..to my amusement I find this wonderful guest relations officer named Jojo who was so cute and nice to me ..she took me around ..the whole reception right from the gate..inside are all adorable plus the art is so majestic

Very reclusive place with spacious rooms. The meals are very delicious and the staff are extremely friendly and prompt. I enjoyed my stay at this place and would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Uganda. I would return to Kampala Nile resort on my next trip to Uganda
