The connecting rooms was a fantastic choice for my family, size of the rooms were great. Parking was also convenient, charging for EVs are available. Loved the heated outdoor pool as well. There were lots of facilities in this resort, from restaurants to theme parks. The service staff were very prompt with my requests. They have all sorts of amenities for young children: cot, bed barrier, dehumidifier, humidifier, air purifier, bathtub. I wish they had provided bedroom slippers for young children, it would make going to the pool easier for us.
Other than these pros, the room seems in need of a facelift, wall paper was peeling off, sink was leaking, lots of wear and tear.

非常好 遊樂場人很少 水上世界 除了哪兒哪兒都要花錢以外 其他也沒毛病 唯一遺憾的是8.28去的水上世界 大滑梯 前兩天由於淡季開始關閉了。明年夏天還會去的 長者孩子都喜歡。樓下有個什麼library的便利店 學會了怎麼用泡麪機器 啊哈哈哈 有意思

不知道韓國是不是開學了，就感覺酒店沒問題、環境也挺好、設施也很好，但就是有一點點體驗感不好（整體體驗是好的）。
主要是：
入住度假村酒店可免費去水世界玩，但需要在入住期間，也就是説15點之後和次日11點之間才能去水世界。但bug是：退房時間是11點，而水世界現在是11點才開，因此，相當於衹有入住當晚的15-19點可以玩四小時。而水世界，必須穿救生衣才能沖浪，需要花錢租；椅子需要花錢租，最重要的是，這才8月底，30多度暴曬，説是淡季（？），水世界室外的項目都關了！！我是到了才知道不開，然後查公眾號，小x書官號，都沒説！然後我在某書下面留言問，官號回覆我室外關了啊！然後，第二天又把評論刪了！我就很無語，因此近期來玩的一定要注意！
主題樂園就沒什麼坑，三項票和升級通票都很順利，雖然人很少氛圍感不強，也巨曬，但體驗感就不錯！
酒店和購物街都滿意，空中泳池很漂亮，而且這裡有個明顯感覺，就是並非主打親子，整個酒店除了室外有個小童滑梯區域能看到點親子影子，整體感覺更偏商務，所以應該也適合情侶度假之類的。

主題樂園人不多，項目也簡單。夠小朋友用了。
水上樂園工作人員非常負責，0.5的小池子，工作人員都循環轉圈，一刻不鬆懈。

Brilliant hotel, can’t fault it at all. Loads of shop and places to eat in the mall. We got free tickets to the theme park and water park, while both were not massive the kids had a great time. Worth noting that even though the tickets were free you will send up spending money 🤣🤣 for the theme pack you are only aloud on 3 rides unless you upgrade. The water park you have to pay for everything. You have to rent life jackets regardless of age if you go to the wave pool. Even my self, 43 male extremely competent swimmer had to rent one. All seats are paid for as well. Anyway though we love it’s there and the hotel roof pool was brilliant. We actually tried to book an extra night but they were fully booked. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice however even though we booked as a family of 4 the children do not get breakfast so that cost around £25 a day. Loverly food though
