Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including a supervised water park, multiple pools, and a private beach. The kids' club and spa receive high marks for their offerings, making it an ideal choice for families and those seeking relaxation.

This is a very good hotel and have never been disappointed. To put it in prospective I am fussy but cannot find real fault.

We chose this hotel based on a recommendation, as it is considered very family-friendly and especially good for children. Let me start with the positives: the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and it was very convenient that you could order everything at the pool using a QR code. There was a wide choice of restaurants (although the food did feel a bit repetitive after a while). The grounds of the hotel are beautiful – very well maintained, green, and full of life. We really enjoyed the little “village” area with a café, fruits, and sweets. The beach is very close, and at every step there were fresh towels and fridges with cold drinks constantly refilled. The evening shows were absolutely stunning and beautifully themed. A great idea was also the complimentary beach bag provided in the room – such a useful touch since these always take up a lot of luggage space. Children also received lovely gifts such as plush toys and backpacks to take home, which was a fantastic surprise. The kids’ entertainment and activities were truly top of the top – absolutely outstanding! Unfortunately, there were also quite a few downsides. For a 5-star hotel, the cleanliness was disappointing. The housekeeping felt very superficial – lots of dust in the room, small insects, and water leaking from the toilet. Even the lamps above the food in the main restaurant were dusty, which honestly made me lose my appetite for some dishes. Another let-down was the lack of pool inflatables for rent (mattresses, rings, etc.). You could buy them at the hotel, but at a steep price of around 70 euros. Most of the staff mainly spoke Russian, and overall the entertainment and atmosphere seemed heavily tailored to Russian guests. Evening activities started very late, and the music events felt designed with one audience in mind. Also, we really missed having snack stands during the day with simple options like pizza, burgers, or fries. On top of that, the swimming pools in September were extremely cold. Entering the water felt freezing, and you could only stay in for a couple of minutes. In fact, most guests avoided the pools altogether because of the temperature, which was a real disappointment for a family-oriented resort. In summary: a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds, kind staff, great kids’ entertainment, and some thoughtful touches for families, but unfortunately falling short in cleanliness, comfort, and several services you would expect from a true 5-star experience.
