From the moment we arrived to the second we left, we had a wonderful stay at Miramare! We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady, taken to the terrace and provided with water as we were checked in. Everything was fully explained to us about the hotel facilities and also the thermal pools at the sister hotel which is a short walk away. The room was beautiful - bright, spotless and with a gorgeous view over the sea. The balcony was great for watching all the boats in the bay! All staff were very warm, friendly, helpful and attentive. They are a real credit to the business. Fresh towels were provided each day and our room was always made up to a good standard. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The terrace area was great for relaxing with drinks after dinner - Genaro makes some absolutely knock-out cocktails! It was also a great space to relax in after breakfast. The hotel is in a great location and is close to the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. We travelled through TUI and I recommend paying extra for private return transfers as it made travelling from and to Naples airport a breeze and we didn't have to cart our own luggage from and to our transfer drop-off/ pick-up point in Sant'Angelo. I thoroughly recommend Miramare Sea Resort and Spa if you plan on visiting Ischia and staying in beautiful Sant'Angelo. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for such excellent service!

A truly beautiful place in an amazing location, right in front of the sea. Waking up and opening the window in the morning is pure magic, the light and the endless blue are simply breathtaking.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making you feel genuinely at home. The food is another highlight: delicious and abundant. We had the pleasure of attending the Ferragosto gala dinner, which was an unforgettable experience: a sumptuous feast with live music and spectacular fireworks over the sea.
An enchanting stay that we will always remember. Highly recommended!

First time to Italy - what a beautiful location and hotel. Room was clean, serviced every day. Staff were polite and friendly, food was amazing. Cannot fault this place or Sant Angelo. Pizza restaurant in the village De Pasquale is exceptional. Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is magnificent. The staff in the restaurant are attentive and courteous although they are always trying to "sell" something.. The rest of the staff and the housekeeping team are rude. In a 10 day stay our room was not serviced 3 times. When we asked to have the room service, the housekeeping staff yelled at us and told us that she had more important priorities (this was at 4pm in the afternoon). This hotel is expensive for what it offers. It charges for absolutely everything - including in-room coffee and water. The result is that guests leave feeling unhappy and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel.

We love this part of Ischia as it is still a bit secluded from the rest of the island. Our stay was amazing from the beginning from the end. The breakfast is ready from 07:00 in the morning on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The choices you have are wide with a lot of fresh ingredients. The cakes are amazing, all made by the chef and not factory made. Good variety of cheese, hams, salami and mozzarella. Fresh fruits also available. The staff is very helpful. A special praise to Vito, our maître who took care of us in a very pleasant way. Very professional, a very good business card for the hotel as he knows his jobs very well. We did choose half board and not disappointed at all. The menu does include a choice of 6 starters, 6 mains and 6 desserts. If you stay few days you will not eat the same thing again. Dishes were nicely presented. Our bedroom had a colourful majolica tiles which did remind us a Italy that has nearly disappeared but always dreamed of. The terrace is spacious and ideal in the evening for a drink pre or after dinner. Beautiful!

What a wonderful surprise this hotel turned out to be. We booked without much research and were thrilled with what we discovered. A really stylish chic friendly beautiful hotel in a fantastic position with views to die for! The chef is incredible! Daily buffet breakfasts more akin to a tasting menu, cocktails on the terrace mixed by Gennaro and the friendliest welcome from all the staff. Travelling around the San Angelo area in the buggies was another hair raising highlight! Can’t wait to go back.

We had booked a Suite Deluxe as described in the web page, with a separating door between living room and bedroom, a bath tube and 60m2. When we arrived to the hotel we found out that our room was occupied and had to wait two days to get it. Meanwhile we had to stay in a lower quality room. When we finally got the room we booked, the bathtub did not work, and could not use it. The hotel director was really unpleasant to us during the stay, and the hotel did not compensate us. Nor allowed us to write a complaint (did not have a complaint book). We sent and email and got no answer. It is a pity because the location and decoration is beautiful, cheating the guests is an awful practise.
