房間很乾凈，高低床很實用。洗澡水也大，小孩高低凳，馬桶子母蓋都有。就是前台入住衹能去海洋度假酒店，辦理入住的櫃枱衹有一個，需要等待時間有點長。

海昌海洋公園主題酒店，整體還不錯，雖説上海寸土寸金，但是個人覺得地理位置這麼偏的地方，新建酒店這個價位的房間可以配置更好一點，贈送的遊戲幣可以多幾個，這東西不像帶走的抱枕，基本沒什麼成本

剛到酒店就被暖意包圍gro0154號小姐姐主動上前接過我們手裡的行李，得知是第一次入住，不僅詳細講解了2天無限次入園、專屬快速通道等住店權益，還貼心發了導覽圖和園區節目時間表。真的很暖心，酒店的工作人員服務也都很熱情周到，這次帶孩子來孩子特別喜歡 家長住的也開心！！！

帶孩子來海昌奧特曼酒店，最驚喜的不是滿屏的奧特曼元素，而是超貼心的服務！大廳裏0006號工作人員特別熱情，不僅幫我們快速辦理入住，還主動詢問孩子的喜好，推薦了適合的奧特曼周邊商店和互動項目。怕我們記不住遊園路線，他還給了一份簡易地圖，上面標好每個項目的位置和預計遊玩時間，很貼心 前台辦理入住的小姐姐0273也很温柔 整體體驗感很棒 很推薦來玩 服務態度沒話説 👍🏻！

酒店就在海洋公園旁邊，很近，和海洋公園度假酒店同一個大堂。給了一個高樓層對園區的房間，能看到日落和煙花秀。酒店處處充滿奧特曼元素，孩子很喜歡，服務人員都挺好。説説不足的是房間地毯比較臟，（房間的衞生是乾淨的）衹是地毯這種硬件設施難處理了，辦理入住的時間比較久但節假日人多也能理解。
