雖然衹是基礎的大床房，但是房間非常通透，整面落地窗，視野非常好。吹風機是放在專門的梳粧台而不是洗手間，這個設計真的超級貼心～夜床服務會送精油！

美高梅西岸酒店的房間佈置充滿藝術感，温馨有匠心，晨曦灑滿整個房間時，非常明媚舒適。如果喜愛户外跑可以沿濱江晨跑。這次單點了早歺，服務人員非常熱心周到，早餐豐盛，沐浴陽光享受美食，非常滿意。

住了深圳的美高梅，這次剛好有事來上海體驗這家，整體還是無可挑剔的！
迎接：入住的迎客還是沒能主動來幫忙開門。
入住：整個流程很快速，感受到有培訓，不過沒給入住客人第一時間遞上水杯。
設施：新酒店，新設備很好。
衞生：酒店下午和晚上都有搞一次衞生，很貼心！
運動:運動設備很好，很頂級，多樣性！
環境：西岸的環境很舒服，和市區截然不同的體驗，走幾步就到西岸中心還是很好的，很方便！
服務：很貼心，基本見到客人都主動打招呼！
建議：優化外賣配送上門服務，例如購買機器人等，因為你們酒店下樓到大堂不方便，不是直達的，是需要分開的，建議優化哈！

設施：房間格局非常好，訂的豪華雙床房給到51層絕佳位置，大開面遠眺黃浦江，房間非常安靜，空調完全聽不到聲音。健身房都是最新的設備，加上游泳池，西岸制高點運動絕對不同感覺。
衞生：很新，晚上也有人來換一次
環境：西岸沒得説 就是網紅點人很多 旁邊商場吃飯也很方便 江邊走路五分鐘就到
服務：早飯很豐富，麪條稀飯澆頭特別多。
