非常愉快的staycation ，一定要選滑雪樓層，房間安排在15樓，16樓是滑雪禮賓部，可以提前選好雪服，第二天一早不需要排隊，提前一小時直達雪場出發平台，點贊👍酒店17樓有行政酒廊，下午5點到7點歡樂時光有簡餐，有入住和退房專屬通道。感謝滑雪禮賓Aurora，給我辦理了延遲退房，下次還來。

從踏入大堂開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐笑容親切，辦理入住速度超快，床品軟乎乎的像睡在雲朵上，隔音效果超棒，晚上睡得特別安穩。主要優勢是離冰雪世界很近，可以直通雪場，體驗不錯。

酒店很新，設施一流，滑進滑出是亮點，但是入住體驗後，酒店的服務給我留下深刻印象，因為車子suv比較高，酒店貼心的安排在地面泊車，早餐豐盛，每個員工對客人都是笑臉相迎，有求必應，check out 的時候，Tina小姐姐還送了酒店伴手禮，我是團的住滑套餐，包括不限時不限次兩天的雪票，非常方便出入，還有happy hour，房間內迷你吧第一輪飲料都是免費的，非常棒！

房間有意外的出彩
服務很周到 checkin的時候人好多
前台還是洲際的專業服務很耐心的
早餐很豐富 如果不是週末人多應該會更完美
這次有點不滿攜程的服務 一開始買錯了訂單 當天和攜程客服溝通半天讓一直等着 直到第二天才告知原來的娛雪不是滑雪 問詢告知是不是可以更換直接被取消了訂單 再來又訂不到了 真的好無語 一個訂單反覆訂了三次 還好碰到酒店經理Jerry 專業友好地服務幫到我們很多 在這邊滑雪居住還算方便的
很喜歡酒店的健身房 雖然很小 但是設備很棒
泳池略小了 但是還挺美的

極其滿意的一次住宿！從入住開始，晚班的行李小哥就很熱情地幫我拿行李，辦完入住也把我的花絮用品送到房間；前台也幫我把房間安排在了滑雪禮賓部的樓層
最讓我出乎意外的就是酒店備品； 茶葉是Basao的甚至早餐都有Basao康普茶； 咖啡機用的是nespresso vertuo系列的膠囊 而且這是我第一次見酒店可以提供泡澡球的！
總體體驗真的非常滿意！下次來滑雪還是會毫不猶豫選擇住這裏

週末帶孩子去耀雪玩雪，選擇在那邊住一晚，增加點度假感，因為小朋友喜歡游泳，所以在附近的酒店中選擇了這家帶泳池的。新酒店的設施自然沒話説，早餐也不錯，更需要贊一下酒店的服務，接待我們的前台小姐姐很漂亮也很熱心，大堂裏的小哥哥們會主動幫你拿行李，有問題的時候找他們也都是有求必應，很好的一次住店體驗。

突然想去玩雪，略微看了下就匆忙訂了洲至，再去看網上攻略的時候，還是有點小迷糊。想到問題就一直在電話確認，客服還是很耐心地解釋了入雪場的各種問題。整體感受很好，滑雪樓層為16層到18層，16層為禮賓部，滑雪可以提前入1小時入雪場，前提是買酒店的雪票，17樓是行政酒廊，買了雪票可以隨時休息，水果、咖啡、小餅乾可以補充體力，這就很好。入住的時候到酒店已經晚上九點了，去16樓踩點，工作人員很耐心，提前幫我們選好了租的雪服及用具，付了按金抱着滑雪服回房間，第二天就穿着酒店的雪服去拿板，出雪場就很方便了，很貼心。房間很舒適，酒店環境也蠻好的，有問題都很貼心地回答，有些網友點評説早餐難吃，個人覺得還行呀。喜歡滑雪又想方便的，閉眼沖酒店的滑雪票，還可以申請延時退房（根據酒店滿房情況），太方便了。哦對，剛到家發現落東西了，酒店答應幫忙寄回，很nice～

房間裝飾很有特色，衞生間兩個洗臉盆，還有浴缸，乾濕分離很好。前台和迎賓都很熱情，早飯自助餐豐盛選擇多。不是16層的房間需要下樓步行去耀雪，距離很近，也方便。附近可以點外賣，機器人送餐。
