酒店在衡山路徐家匯公園對面，位置很好。房間寬敞，可以看到明珠電視塔。參觀了建築博物館。還有大花園。尤其是泳池非常舒適的温度！

中午12點到的，前台説我訂了標準房沒準備好給我我升級為豪華房間了，等我進入房間，感覺房間是重新裝修過的，因為衡山花園酒店住過好多次了，原來什麼樣子的我都知道，房間好像小了，新裝了淋浴房，以前是衹有浴缸，這些都不是問題，關鍵是茶几和寫字枱牀頭櫃，都是定製的，板材好low啊，好像小賓館的東西，看着真不舒服，這個難道就是所謂的升級？這個標準看不懂，不過也無所謂了。有問題的是房間的隔音，晚上隔壁很晚了還在聊天，樓上在洗澡，水流聲不斷響了兩小時，我們睡覺不算很早10點睡的，一直到半夜零點還有水流聲，忍無可忍打電話給前台，讓他們確認一下樓上有沒有關水龍頭，打了電話以後才沒有聲音，樓上那貨忘關水龍頭！但是，這個隔音也是醉了！

有2幢樓，貴賓樓這邊風景會好一些，房間也都是重新裝修過了的，比較老牌的那種感覺。
設施：訂的豪華大床，房間不大，而且因為給的是最尾巴的位置，一開門就是床，然後廁所在裏面是一個長條形狀。我甚至覺得廁所比房間好看一點……
下次不太想住這邊了，那個房間一開窗直對着小區挺不舒服的。
下午和晚上都有送的自助餐可以吃，味道還可以。

Great hotel with ample rooms and several amenities.
Absolutely ideal neighbouring area: safe, clean, elegant and pleasant.
Housekeeping personnel is wonderful and extremely helpful, the Reception staff is ok but the management should discipline the doorman which are absolutely not doing anything.

I am totally impressed with the recently renovated 贵宾楼， classic but modern! The staffs were great, especially the cleaning staff 梅小兰（？）， is professional and paying attention to the detail! She made me felt like an VIP guest, thank you!

酒店位置不錯，在大院附近，飯後正好可以逛逛武康路。設施看起來很新有質感，智能化設備，大床和被子入睡很快很舒服。入住退房都很快很貼心，感覺很好。下午茶和歡樂時光氛圍都不錯，游泳池、健身房很專業。
不足的地方:房間出租率不高，床被更換不及時，有蟲咬的感覺；廁所沒有抽風機；花灑漏涼水感覺很不好。
氛圍偏本地退休老年人，old money。
