We spend wonderful anniversary day with my husband in Ritz Carlton. It was amazing. Staff is very friendly and polite, view from the room was incredible. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you for the gift and cake!

房間景觀視野極好，客房服務品質卓越，將充電線都給纏好，每天做夜床、放好杯子和水、準備好茶，鞋子都放好。這是喜歡住riz的主葯原因，意大利餐廳牛排很好吃、餐廳服務員禮貌熱情。樓下就是國金，買愛馬仕非常方便。

故地重遊，再次來到上海，選來選去還是再次選擇了麗思卡爾頓，小朋友喜歡。
一如既往地舒適，細節安排的很專業，晚上休息的很好，地理位置優越，步行五分鐘到達東方明珠。
經理Ashin非常nice，看到我一個人帶着小朋友，給我們免費升級了套房，房間很大，景色無敵，全江景，站在房間裏看東方明珠，彷彿伸手就能夠到。還貼心的給小朋友準備了帳篷，安排了果盤和紅酒。行政酒廊包含了全天的餐食，不出酒店，就可以吃吃喝喝玩玩👍
很開心的旅行，再來上海，還會選擇這裏

結婚十週年選擇麗思卡爾頓度過，各方面都非常滿意。酒店雖然已經有點年了，但是設施維護的還不錯。訂的明珠房間，前台給的很正的房間，貼臉看明珠很爽～位置也是在陸家嘴中心，樓下國金吃飯購物很方便。房間隔音也超好，睡的超安穩的一覺。
當天到前台説是紀念日，晚上進房間看到有小小布置，還送了蛋糕和香檳有心了～謝謝賓客部的Jessi對小朋友特別照顧，還準備了畫紙和小童用具。小朋友吃完飯去泳池遊一下，大人晚上可以去Flair喝喝酒。
另外早餐雖然品種不是我吃過最多的，但是是最精緻的。胡柚橙子都會給你皮去掉切好，誰懂？！鍋貼一定要吃！好juicy！有個外國女主管早餐時間一直在服務大家，會主動問菜品如何，主動幫我們收盤子什麼的，服務員都面帶笑容～真的好喜歡啊

萬聖節入住，到店時間比較晚了但是門口那麼多人，禮賓沒到位，這個能理解。離大譜的是打了三遍服務中心沒人接，都到麗思這個級別了沒人接太離譜了，無法接受。房間和早餐中規中矩。

Great experience at the lounge. Suite panaromic view was spectacular. Gym, sauna and hot pool were well maintained. Enjoyed the breakfast view oriental pearl view.
