Fine Hotel in the Bund. The room was amazing, but we had an uncomfortable stay due to a hard bed. Breakfast was good, the staff are really helpful.
lifts can be slow due to demand.
I booked thinking there was a rooftop area, but not any more.
Not may restaurants around and except The Bund not central to most things. Metro is a bit of a walk, so taxis are easier.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent! The river view room I chose was stunning and well worth the price, offering breathtaking views and exceptional comfort. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!

非常滿意的一次體驗，中午到的比較早，還沒有空房，去樓後吃飯的時候就接到了電話，而且驚喜地給升級了房間，也到最佳觀賞位欣賞了外灘美景。早餐豐盛，房間整潔，服務態度很好，有歷史韻味的裝飾，希望以後還有機會入住。

Great location. Few minutes from the bunds and other beautiful places. I love Shanghai and the services at the hotel was great specially the breakfast.

The hotel is located in an excellent area, with easy walking access to the Bund. The room was very spacious and with a wonderful view to the city. The food was good and we enjoyed the happy hour, as we had arrived after the time for the tea. We did not do the tour nor the photographic session. Those should be done when you have a more prolonged stay at the hotel. The air conditioner in our room was very noisy.
