We chose to return to this hotel for a second visit, and for good reason. Its biggest advantage is the proximity to Disneyland. The provided shuttle bus is reliable and takes all the stress out of getting to and from the parks.

We checked in around 5pm and the queue was manageable.
The service crew was generally friendly.
The room is sizeable. A little dated, but still acceptable.
The shuttle to disneyland in the morning comes pretty quickly. The crowd is pretty crazy.
Visited the kids room twice, once for story and once for craft work. Staff was friendly and my son enjoyed it there.

但是酒店設備比較老，沒有化粧鏡，屋內桌面也沒有抽紙，沒有淋浴拖鞋，而且也沒有一次性馬桶套和浴缸套

玩具酒店性價比比較高，提前玩半天，還可以提前入園。
帶着小朋友的可以考慮，酒店的車很頻繁，很方便
下雨天還有雨傘，
寄存服務很棒
退房超級快，並不像之前説的排隊，報房間就可以

第二次住玩總，確實非常適合帶娃。房間的床也很大，我們四大一小，定了兩個房間然後連通房，非常方便，住出了套間的感覺。
住酒店可以買半日票，三歲寶寶進去玩玩，看看煙花拍拍照足夠了，大人小孩也不會很累。就是送的第二天的早享浪費了。
玩總的服務衞生設施一直在線，尤其是安全的活動項目，包括生日福利，小朋友玩的住的都很開心。
唯一我覺得有問題的，就是行李部的速度有點慢了。退房的時候要了行李車來拉行李，在房間等了半天都沒來，而且走的時候就沒有服務了，就有點虎頭蛇尾啦。
其他都挺滿意的，真的非常適合親子，小朋友坐便器也有好評。
