又是一年娃生日。帶娃再刷迪士尼。依然是夢幻的，依然🈶很好的服務。然後我們買票晚了，因為是萬聖節活動，門票各大平台逗售罄了，但是住店旅客可以隨時買票，虧了這一福利，我們買到票了。定了帶壁櫥的房間，這次沒有定上玲娜貝爾主題。房間夠大，服務及時，要求基本都滿足了。然後我們是2個小孩兒，免費的杯子和毛巾多要了1份。9樓可以看煙花，還配有音樂，第一晚可以先在酒店看煙花，然後第二天在樂園看，不同感受。這次沒有定早餐，提前1小時入園，好多項目2刷了，挺好。就是園區吃飯有點費勁，好多餐廳10點30才開門。之前定了早餐，吃完入園基本逗好多人了。耳機落酒店了，幫忙順豐郵寄了，寄付，很暖心。

從進入大堂開始細節就很感動，辦理房卡會發放號碼牌不需要傻等，萬聖節期間，會有領着南瓜發糖的工作人員。會有人偶過來互動合影。九樓可以看煙花，視覺體驗肯定不如園區內，但是不用人擠人。好評。

我覺得整體酒店的體驗來説是比較好的，雖然我們週五晚上九點多才到酒店，作為第二次入住，酒店送了我們奇奇蒂蒂的簽名照。
但是本次不滿是因為攜程，我提前在攜程平台與酒店溝通因為是結婚紀念日是否可以幫忙安排慶祝的小蛋糕以及能夠給到一間高一些樓層的房間，攜程方沒有回覆，結果我到了酒店以後，酒店説根本沒有收到我們的備註，如果去的早的話可能還是可以拿到高樓層的房間的，但是去的太晚了，衹有2樓了，而且是尾房，超級無敵遠，用了攜程那麼久，本來就想着便宜又方便，真的有些失望
樂園早享權益（至多提前1小時入園）:可以提前一小時入園，但是分房卡，要帶上紅色的房卡才行，我們帶錯了，狂奔去服務中心花了好久，我覺得有些多此一舉
接駁巴士/星願湖輪渡:輪渡很方便，點對點，很快就到酒店了
最驚喜的是能在酒店陽台上看到萬聖大煙花，另外酒店停車場免費，停車需要出示訂單

Stayed in the garden room view with two full beds as a family of four (2 adults, 2 and 5 yr old kids). Plenty of room for everyone. The room is enchanting, lots of lovely details throughout and little gifts for the kids. Hotel is super kid friendly; room included kid-sized slippers, bathrobes, and cups, even had baby shampoo. The early entry into the park makes a huge difference. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes which makes coming back for naps super easy. We stayed an extra night so we could enjoy the amenities on a non-park day. We spent the morning getting a beautiful breakfast at Lumiere’s Kitchen with character sightings, swimming in the indoor pool, and checking out the grounds outside. There’s even a kids club.

第三次入住，這次體驗感一般，不如前面兩次，下午一點辦理的入住，辦理過程還是挺快的，送了生日徽章和再次入住禮品（玲娜貝兒照片）拿到了臨時房卡，童趣房升級了冰雪奇緣主題房，然後帶孩子去了小童遊戲室，遊戲室的員工很貼心和温柔，下午3點10分去前台換房卡，結果等了十多分鐘才換出來，説經理在查房，比剛剛辦理入住的客人拿到房卡還慢。因為有點兒慢，前台服務人員之後給房間送了水果。表示感謝🙏，房間給了低樓層2樓，沒有景觀，送的冰雪奇緣周邊挺簡陋，接近兩千塊的升級費用，周邊就是三雙一次性拖鞋，一個硅膠行李牌，眼罩，浴巾還有個枕套啥是啥的，質量一般，而且兩晚衹給一套！之前住過玲娜貝兒的主題房，周邊比這個好多了！這次體驗感太一般了！兩晚一萬一千多！早餐有兩份小童是付費的！這次體驗感配不上價格！
