高檔酒店，高檔享受，但價格卻不是很高。酒店有地下兩層的停車場，大廳寬敞氣派，餐廳食品豐盛，客房乾淨衞生，服務熱情周到，有特色下午茶，還有各盡所需的服務項目。

2024年新酒店，入住後發現周邊環境很好臨近龍潭湖公園，酒店大廳及內部環境也顯檔次，卧房環境衞生整潔、採光充足、床鋪舒適。清潔阿姨細節做的特別好，潔癖星人看到處處細節都覺得很安心。早餐品類也豐富。入住一個很可愛的細節體驗：探親之旅，我們在酒店用自助早餐時表示長者家不吃能不能陪同看小朋友一起用早餐，大堂經理很nice地表達理解歡迎，旅住中這樣人性化的體驗總是讓人難以忘懷。感謝～

作為一家星級酒店及攜程五星好評的新開業酒店，對餐飲部領班***洪總服務還是比較震驚的。
在入住第二天用早餐時，小朋友不小心打碎了一個喝牛奶的小杯子，小朋友也是害怕委屈的哭了，但作為一家星級酒店的餐飲領班不是第一時間本着服務客户的態度安排人打掃並“安撫”，而是當著旁邊諸多顧客及小朋友的面告知小朋友打碎的牛奶杯價值38元且需要賠付，不久便拿着刷卡機來到正在用餐的我們桌前表示需馬上付款一下，經多次溝通最終以賠付20元“成交”，作為一家星級酒店的餐飲部領班為何沒有意識到客人還在用餐，為何不能等用餐後再做處理。
事後，我們對於所打碎的牛奶杯價格也持有異議，望酒店能夠提供所打碎牛奶杯的“進貨價格單”或“賠償制度價格表”之類，但截至退房餐飲部也一直未予答覆提供，消極處理。
在訂貴酒店前也是奔着攜程好評來的，但是此事的處理方式還是很讓人失望和震驚的，望酒店日後能夠加強管理，提高員工對顧客的服務水平。
