Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Wangxian Valley. It may seem a bit more expensive than the options outside the valley, but the entrance tickets are included, which makes it worth it. We knew from reviews that there was a shuttle, but since we didn’t have a Chinese SIM card, we couldn’t call anyone and hadn’t been able to reach the hotel beforehand. Luckily, the shuttle waiting at the entrance gate turned out to be the right one. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The valley itself offers great food options and everything is within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

We were 4 friends that had amazing weekend at this hotel and village. The Hotel buildings were fantasticly beutiful. The staff was helpful, ( some less, and some excellent) The breakfast had many kinds of food and was very nice, with servicemided staff. We had some amazing days, memories for life! / Swedish and Colombian guests.

The hotel was nice and clean. Lots of steps to get to our hôtel which was a bit difficult with our heavy luggages. Also a bit difficult and long to know what to do, where to go at the beginning. Seems that arriving at the main entrance/asking the reception of the park for them to book a car ride to the hotel, etc etc is mandatory. We probably lost an hour between the time we arrived on site and the moment we could finally enjoy putting our stuff in our room. Breakfast is terrific. Lots of choices and saviors. Very enjoyable to be in the Park early morning when there is noone also. Overall good experience (if you take appart the discovery that all of this is actually a holiday resort and not "an authentic village" like everyone says) and a nice place for a 1 day retreat.

Very nice and clean room! Location is within the scenic area, conveniently located near that the check in area. Would stay here again!

I had a really pleasant stay here. Xiao Yu was very kind and attentive, always checking in and giving me great travel tips during my trip. The stay was totally worth it — the room rate includes entrance tickets and breakfast, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I loved that I could explore the area both in the morning and at night. The room we got is very clean and full of amenities you would need. It’s just annoying from other guests near us who are always loud and make alarm sound at their door all the time. You can walk from the room downhill to the park but it’s not that easy. Still some distance walking with lots of steps and steep pathways. So be aware. Overall, we are happy with the hotel and service even they don’t speak English much but they’re willing to help you. Highly recommend to try eating at the street food as it’s very cheap if compare to normal big restaurants. It’s usually busy and lively from evening while not so busy and not all restaurants and shops are open in the morning and noon.
