Hotel is located within walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants. Rooms are well furnished, feels clean and spacious, looks fresh and new. Air-conditioning was good. Overall the hotel gave a relaxed ambience. We stayed in the executive rooms, welcome fruits were pleasantly presented and had access to the executive lounge. It was a very comfortable stay.

1) Receptionist was not polite and not professional.
2) Carpet inside the guest room is dirty!
3) The food quality of the buffet breakfast is not good enough!

訂的江景房，視野極好。窗外是小公園，遠處是信江。
酒店對面就是上饒博物館， 有地下停車場，對自駕很友好。前台和客房以及餐廳服務都非常熱情友善，進入酒店就感覺很舒服。
房間佈置温馨，擺放了介紹上饒的書籍和雙人座椅並書桌，喝茶休息看書都很方便。窗簾是電動的，非常好用。卧具舒適，各種細節設計都很用心。 早餐也很好，選擇多味道好，很驚艷的一次入住體驗，值得一個全五星評價。

房間總體還是比較滿意的，住得很舒適，但有兩個槽點還是要吹毛求疵一下：第一，贈送的水果實在太難吃了，感覺就是菜場裏最最便宜的那個等級，蘋果居然一點味道都沒有…我覺得作為一家五星級酒店，即便是免費送的東西，你也不能太糊弄吧？實在無法保證品質的話索性別送水果，真的很下頭。第二，冰箱幾乎沒有製冷效果，冰的飲料放進去完全無法保温，設施還是要定期檢查一下的。
