Shangri-La Ten Miles Snow Mountain Margheri Manor

This hotel is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. It is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. There are alpacas, sheep, horses, and adorable dogs roaming around, which made the experience even more magical. I honestly felt that I could stay here all day without needing to go anywhere else. The hotel also provided a van from the train station, which made our trip incredibly convenient. During our stay, the weather was wonderful—cold, but crisp and clear—with a beautiful blue sky that made everything feel perfect. Although the hotel staff didn’t speak English, we communicated through WeChat, and they were extremely helpful and attentive. In particular, Mr. Chen (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was exceptionally polite, kind, and friendly. He took great care of us and helped with everything we needed throughout our stay. The only suggestion I have is that the room cleaning on the day we stayed for an additional night was not as tidy as expected, but it was not a major issue. Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel, and we would definitely come back again if we have the chance.

We are group of 2 adults with 2 kids. The hotel provides warmth hospitality all round, clean and modern facilities, awesome staff and very kind. They help us arrange horse riding and we play with the animals around the hotel. I have no complaint for this hotel. Worth the money

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Napa Hai! The hotel gave a full almost 270°C view. My room has both the sunrise and sunsets view. It was spectacular !Our butler Ah Cheng and the chafuer were dedicated to providing the services that we need. He recommended the nearby Lismant Bosom Kitchen for dinner, which offers a great view and a good selection of both western and Chinese cuisine. In the pic with me was one of the Lismant Bosom chefs. Not to mention the cute alpacas ,horses, dears and etc. running freely on the hotel farm. Wake up early and catch them.

Our very first time in Shangri-la, and this hotel has totally turn us to be a kids in the wonderful place. This is located at Napahai area but is nearer to the entrance so it is quite accessible via taxi to all the other attractions. They have animals everywhere to the point we spent about 2 hours taking photos and relaxing. The staffs are wonderful, their friendliness and services are beyond words. they gave us their own bake cookies as a gift on our last day. totally recommend and will be coming back here again!
