酒店整體有些年頭了，但裝修很有特色。表揚酒店門口工作人員很熱情，主動幫助提行李。但又感覺酒店內部工作人員熱情度不高，好幾次迎面而過一聲不吭。總體好評！

despite this being a huge famous hotel chain, this was my least favorite stay during our yunnan trip. room was small, bed was small, bathroom was small. i understand that these places were probably built way longer than boutique hotels--but it really just didn't work for us. i could barely sleep since the bed was small. breakfast was okay because of the amount of choices but i prefer the simpler chinese breakfast in boutique hotels. coffee was horrible--though it was to be expected because they use generic automatic machine. swimming pool was not well heated. i was cold when i took the first plunge. sauna room was a mess. towels and water bottles everywhere. i literally cleaned it up because i couldn't stand how messy it was. how am i supposed to enjoy my time when it's so messy? i suppose the best thing about this resort was the staff. they were friendly and accommodating.

Very pleasant experience with Shangri-La hotel in Shangri-La: spacious rooms, high standard cleanliness, staffs are very friendly. Rose sister is very helpful, she helped me try the local outfit experience, which is really good, I took a lot’s photos. Will be back to Shangri-La Hotel again.

Amazing Hotel! Great location. Very clean, nice rooms with a good view. The breakfast was huge and quite delicious and also the entire hotel is very well designed and maintained. The best part was actually the service. Everybody was very welcoming. Leonie's service at the front desk far exceeded all expectations, as she went above and beyond to organize the journey to Yubeng. Thank you so much! I would recommend everybody to visit the Shangri-La in Shangri-La.

Shangrila-la hotel remains the high standard of service. The hotel design is unique with the ******* theme. The breakfast is great with various food items.

We had a wonderful stay at the shangrila hotel. The hotel lobby and common areas features modern ******* style decorations . The room is spacious with a nice view of the city and mountains. There is an oxygen room for guests. Which is very useful for foreigners. The breakfast has a good spread of western and Chinese cuisines. No

The entry of the lobby was not super clean and there was a conference going on so everything had to go fast but room is very large
