Great location right in front of ancient town and guishan park, a lot of food nearby and 2 supermarkets, excellent place
The hotel is very unique, from the room to the lobby, super traditional and a great place for photos. Inside the room the mattress is very comfortable, got floor heating but not hot air, so inside room is kept a constant temperature but you cannot adjust yourself. The room we stayed had a skywindow which can be opened to enjoy a tea with sun, even inside the room.
Toilet wet dry separate, got smart toilet and got heating for shower. The shower is not so great, the water temp fluctuates, and only disposable shower towel is provided.
Boss is very friendly, speaks english and helped with our luggages. Overall very satisfied with the stay, once in a lifetime type of hotel

Location is very convenient next to the park. Front desk people very nice and helpful. It is a good experience visit Shangri-La. One more the breakfast is good especially the rice soup.

很特色的店，裝潢很民族，打卡一流，店家很健談友善，親自帶我們上房介紹，還提供了一次式的面巾浴巾和廁所套，店外不遠就有商店街很方便，有自己的藏裝裝造店優惠好看。匆忙離店趕去高鐵站，很盡心的幫忙找車，下次有機會再去。

酒店位置非常好，在獨客宗古鎮裏，但酒店很安靜，離月光廣場，龜山公園很近，步行幾分鐘就到了，酒店裝飾很有藏族特色，老闆人很好，到站和送站的小哥哥也很好，前台的“湯圓”狗狗很温順，我家小朋友很喜歡，它也很喜歡我們，娃走的當天還很不捨得湯圓，下次來香格里拉一定會再住這家酒店。兩晚的酒店訂錯房型了，老闆還幫我們協調換成同一間房，很温馨。另外酒店還有藏族服裝租，很漂亮，非常滿意的一次旅行。

酒店位子挺好，離廣場近，周圍買日用品也方便。房間風格藏式，喜歡的可以帶孩子來體驗。熱水和暖氣很給力，帶孩子的很方便。還有免費的製氧機，洗衣機，烘乾機，值得一提的除了配洗衣液還有柔順劑和消毒液，孩子多的衣服放心洗。
