The place is amazing! The staff, especially Xiao Jiang, and everyone else from the hotel, has been exceptionally helpful and go the extra mile to assist us! WE LOVE THE ANIMALS IN THE PLACE AND VIBES HERE SO MUCH! Very family friendly. There is also a Muslim friendly vegetarian breakfast as well. There is an in house costume+photoshoot as well (to pay additional with more add-ons).

I want to say that the stay has been pleasant for the becos of the staff working there. They are eager to help and they do try their best to do all they can to keep you comfortable. The location is beautiful and the animals around just add the extra touch to the experience

This accommodation feels like a luxurious farmstay which is still easily accessible to the Dukezong ancient town and 大转经筒 (20 mins drive), both train station and airport are near the accommodation too. The staff are very friendly and helpful too! Animals are well taken care of and allowed to roam freely in the grasslands. They may even visit your room courtyard if you book a ground floor room! Their 3 Alaskan dogs are the cutest! Do consider staying here if you visit 香格里拉

Location is great as the view is right in front of the mountains. Many activities provided for free, including breakfast, costume photoshiot and animal feeding.

Scenery is amazing. You get to see incredible scenery waking up in the bed. Service is 11/10!! We get allocated a butler to each room! He constantly make sure we are taken care of everyday. There is even free pick and drop off to the train station. We get tasty bird best soup on our first night and warm milk on the second night. Highly recommend!

1.The dogs are cute. 2.The service was good and friendly. We had an early flight at 845 and one of the staff picked us up early at 715 to the airport.
