非常棒的一次體驗，從入住到退房，工作人員都十分耐心，中間出現了一點小插曲，1.我們購買的花被不小心當成垃圾扔掉了，反饋後所有工作人員都十分的耐心解決問題，提供了多種解決方案，要給我們重新買花寄到家裡，免費送我們早餐，十分感謝酒店的員工，Lhamo,Allen,Mark,給我們提供了十分良好的入住體驗。2.工作人員也之分貼心的幫忙調節房間温度，幫忙接受外賣，接駁車等服務相應的也十分及時，最後退房的時候我的電腦充電器忘記在了房間，工作人員第一時間響應，最後幫忙郵寄回了公司，我們要付錢酒店人員也沒有要，十分感謝酒店人員的耐心，最後再感謝一下酒店工作人員Emma,Daisy,發生問題後主動和我們聯繫，並且提供多種解決方案，感謝酒店的所有人給了我們一次美好的香格里拉旅行體驗。

房間非常滿意，貌似是當地風格的裝修，整體温馨，安靜，舒適，酒店很大，距離古城也很近，晚上夜景非常漂亮，可以看到亮起的塔，酒店人員也很熱心，幫忙把行李都送到房間，下次會再來的

一行三人，升級了帶榻榻米的古城景觀房，省了加床的費用，很不錯。房間在酒店最高的山坡上，直麪獨克宗古城，晚上看古城夜景蠻漂亮的。酒店步行至古城大概10分鐘，走下去就是，逛古城很方便。房間面積不小，衞浴乾濕分離，洗澡水也很大。衹是沒有雙台盆，早上洗漱得排隊。早餐一級棒（比我麗江住的金茂甄選強太多），餐廳也是正對獨克宗古城，觀境平台看景不錯。暑期價格略貴，如果能再便宜點就完美了。

非常好的體驗。特別要説的是地理位置絕佳，俯視古城，去古城也方便。屋內有氧氣瓶，對高反人士很好。特別要謝謝Daisy,Allen,Emma三位，從幫助我完成了入住到更換氧氣瓶等很多瑣事，讓我能度過剛剛來到高原的不適。

發自內心的5分好評。酒店房間寬敞，外面景色漂亮，前台服務熱情，提早半個月溝通的要求都記下來，入住期間也每天幫忙打印作業。房間乾淨整潔，清潔阿姨還怕我們缺水每天都送一大堆水。在香格里拉這個美麗的地方感受到最質樸的熱情。唯一的不足就是古城回酒店必經的斜坡，年紀大實在折騰不起。
