If there's a rating from 1-10 we would give a 100!! The owner was so impressive since he would give you a call once you booked their hotel to confirm if you need any help with the transportation and the room. He also brought us to the reindeer park to enjoy the rest of the time here. We enjoyed our stay and would be back here again for sure. Highly recommend for anyone who has a plan to Yabuli. There's no place like home but this place you will feel like home ;)

別墅很漂亮，乾淨舒服，房間温度舒適不會很悶熱，門口就有乾淨的雪地可以玩雪，酒店還放了一些玩雪用品在門口可以隨便玩。各種活動接送服務店家也幫忙協調，值得推薦！

住宿是屬於復古風格，暖氣剛剛好，可以説是我和小夥伴在哈爾濱住的最舒服的一次了。衞生也非常整潔，早餐相當豐富。尤其是老闆屬於“活菩薩”級別！不僅顏值超高，性格更是沒得説，耿直又大方，非常的熱心腸。我們遇到問題詢問的時候，他都會主動幫我們分析，提醒我們避開那些容易踩坑的選擇。最暖心的是，他還會親手煮上一杯免費的咖啡，那香醇的味道，就像他的善良一樣，暖到了我們的心坎裏。真的，這是我們在東北遇到過最好、最善良的人了！

別墅非常乾淨明亮舒適温馨，哈哈😂，大人小孩都非常滿意👍，閣樓讓我很驚訝，孩子們太喜歡了，甚至覺得比樓下房間還好😅。連住了兩晚小朋友還不想走，老闆很熱情，幫忙安排行程，免費接送採購，酒店的菜也很好吃😋

體驗感非常棒的一次入住，房間衞生很乾凈，睡的很安心。民宿裝修温馨且服務特別周到，有一種回家的舒心感。房間就能看到雪山 超級nice且治癒，大花床單也特別有東北的氛圍感。每個房間還有定製的伴手禮冰箱貼，能感受到超級用心。這裏的每一個人都很友善，老闆，管家，衞生阿姨，做飯阿姨，都友好且服務態度好，衞生阿姨還幫我給寶寶洗曬衣服。這裏特別要誇誇誇誇高大帥氣且貼心的管家小哥哥偉興，真的事無鉅細，超級耐心貼心細心，全程照顧了我們好幾天，讓我們的旅程變得豐富精彩省心安心。比如為了不讓我們等待，自己提前近一小時就到站等着接我們，一入住就開始給我們和孩子們交代來亞布力旅行生活的方方面面注意事項和細節，如怎麼穿衣怎麼出行怎麼安排節奏怎麼避雷踩坑等等。因為我帶了2孩子，需要照顧孩子的事情比較多，各種麻煩他，但他全程超級超級耐心幫我解決各種問題，比如孩子手錶丟了，也能立刻幫我聯繫找回。總之事事有迴應，各種有求必應。我想喝可樂，他還送了他自己存的可樂給我，就像朋友家人一樣，沒有商業感。孩子玩雪鞋襪濕了，他都毫不嫌棄的幫着一起烘鞋吹襪，帶着我去小超市買防雪鞋套。孩子進進出出玩雪，看我一個人忙不過來也會主動幫着給孩子一起穿衣搗騰，因為民宿室內很温暖，我自己時常忘記穿襪子，他也會像一家人一樣多次貼心的提醒我要穿鞋穿襪子別著涼。感動的細節很多很多，説也説不完，謝謝偉興讓我們的體驗感如此好，真正的感受到賓至如歸，有機會我們一定還會再來。強烈推薦！！！大家別猶豫 沖聞雪閣！！帶娃的建議選五米大炕床哈哈 孩子隨便翻滾～

你也許會因為愛滑雪來亞布力10次，但一定會因為聞雪閣來亞布力20次。用豪華不足以描述這個矗立在山巔的雅居，整個別墅視野遼闊，著名的鍋盔山雪道就在你的眼前，冬季雪白，夏季葱鬱。別墅內裝修以厚重的沉船木為主，你能想到的度假設備一應俱全，並且完全沒有住店的感覺，彷彿就是自己在遙遠的北方的家。高大帥氣的管家小哥沒有任何商業痕跡，滑雪，遊玩，門票，交通，吃飯他全都給你安排得妥妥當當。再來亞布力，聞雪閣是不二選擇，感覺不是來旅遊，是回家。

很驚喜的入住體驗，房間很大很乾凈，別墅環境也很好，早餐豐盛好吃，老闆小哥人超級好，很細心也有耐心，一路都很照顧我們，還可以安排接送幫忙約車雪鄉遊，給了很多特別好的旅行建議，幫我們節省了很多時間，價格實惠還很放心，小朋友們也都超喜歡大哥哥，一直要跟大哥哥玩，下雪的亞布力也超美，下次如果有機會來一定還會住這裏
