The room was really nice and the staff very helpful. The location is convenient and there is a nice café located on the rooftop.

We had a pleasant stay at Shanheli. The hotel is charming and conveniently located just behind a spa. We were initially concerned it might be noisy, but it was actually quite peaceful.
The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel made a great impression, though we were slightly disappointed that our room showed signs of recent repairs that seemed a bit hastily done. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you come to Chenghai

The hotel is fantastically designed. It is spacious and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite making the stay very enjoyable.
I booked this hotel on the understanding there was a swimming pool as it was advertised on Trip.com with a swimming pool in their details. However, when we arrived, we were told that it was not a swimming pool that was in use. With 2 kids that was looking forward to swimming, it was a big disappointment.

差到離譜的服務，工作人員會提前打電話（18時左右聯繫我，發來自行入住方式）告知你她要回家睡覺，晚上12點就下班了。晚上1點晚到的民宿，進房間發現未提供被子，找不到任何工作人員，後來打了N次之前聯繫過的電話沒人接，微信語音才聯繫到聲音，告知民宿的洗衣房有被子（前幾天住客睡過的臟被子）自己去拿，將就一晚吧，找到實在太臟，我又微信語音發去説明問題（微信中説已經叫人給你拿被子了實際是拿被套），才讓一個男的送來被套，男的説他不是工作人員，衹是幫忙送下被套，需要你們自己套被套。無奈折騰到兩點多，衹能自己套上被套忍受到天亮了。
如有虛構，天打雷劈。以下是相關的照片和截圖，
除了第二天早上一個打掃阿姨突然開門進來解釋説這間房間在維修所以沒有給放被子，她也不知道怎麼有人住，真荒唐。入住到離開全部是微信文字或語音聯繫，直到離開酒店，未見有其他工作人員身影。希望我的遭遇不要再讓其他住客經歷，特發此文提醒大家警惕，勿再入坑。

因為一年才回一次老家，每次想到回去前要打掃衛生，就覺得很麻煩，所以這次回老家就去住酒店算了，這次給我掃到老家竟然開了一間民宿，還開業不久，所以就去試一下！
沒想到在大廈裡可以收藏著兩層精緻民宿，民宿是自助入住，我們沒有大陸身份証自助不了，但打電話給客服，也就是等兩三分鐘就有人來幫助登記入住！到了房間樓層後，已發覺裝修很特別，到了我們訂的房間後，就更加驚喜，我們是訂了一間家庭套房，裡面有一間單獨的大床房，還有就是一個大廳加兩張單人床，每邊都冇獨立廁所！設施還有電動窗簾，投射電視等等！
七樓還有露天自助茶座，而且還有自助冼衣機，可以說一應俱全，招乎朋友來玩或談事情也是不錯地方！
再有沒有什麼特別東西？那就要你們自己去感受了！下次回老家，一定會再次入住的！

一開始看到酒店門口，以為自己踩雷了。一上到7樓感覺又不一樣，自助入住很智能，下到6樓酒店區域佈局 裝飾和舒服，房門是不一定需要刷卡的，可以按密碼進入，很方便，房間很休閑和舒適，衞生間 淋浴房 有地暖服務。早餐酒店有上門服務。自助區有咖啡 餅乾等小吃。管家的笑容也很好。一切都很好。
