It is invested and constructed by CCCC (Shantou) Investment Holding Realestate Co., Ltd., a joint venture established by the local state-owned enterprise Shantou Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and the central enterprise China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. White Swan Hotel Shantou is also the first “White Swan” branded hotel in eastern Guangdong Province.
