I had a wonderful stay at 汕头Diotel皇后酒店 because of its strategic location near the Zhong Shan Ji Nian Ting 中山纪念亭 especially convinence for visitors. The staff are friendly, attentive and prompted to what the guests need notably the pickup point by the hotel staff is convenient. Furthermore the room is big, clean and comfortable, and the facilities are user friendly. We have few packages presented by the hotel like Lacquer fan painting漆扇, afternoon high tea下午茶, supper夜宵, Ying Ge Wu 英歌舞 and many more. Not forget too, thank you to the manager for his excellent hospitality and thoughtful care throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends. Congrats!

這次來汕頭，真的給了我一個超級大驚喜，就是這家汕頭小公園皇后酒店！位置堪稱絕佳，就在小公園的核心地帶，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全，步行就能打卡各種景點和美食，出行非常方便。
一進酒店，就能感受到他們家服務的細緻入微。從前台熱情的笑臉，到幫忙搬運行李、貼心指引，每一個環節都讓我覺得像回到了自己家一樣自在。入住期間，管家還會主動詢問需求，幫忙規劃行程，推薦當地小眾又好玩的地方，這種被重視的感覺真的太讚了。
房間的衞生情況更是無可挑剔，床單被罩潔白如雪，沒有一絲褶皺和污漬，衞生間也清理得乾乾淨淨，沒有任何異味，洗漱用品都是寶格麗的，品質超棒。酒店裡的每一處角落都透露着精心打理的痕跡，真的完全符合五星級酒店標準，甚至在很多細節上做得更好！下次來汕頭，我肯定還選這兒！

小而精緻的，就在小公園，很有味道特色的一家酒店，到店第一件事就是遞上熱毛巾和茶水，加分。下午茶和早餐也很贊，還有鋪床服務和晚安甜羹又加分。前台帥哥還跟我們講了皇后酒店的來歷和裝修靈感，再次加分。很推薦哦！

房間裝潢設計很精緻，乾淨整潔，在景點最熱鬧的地方，吃飯很方便，晚上睡覺也很安靜。酒店服務很周到，停車庫離酒店三分鐘的路，酒店負責接送，早餐套餐也很豐富，量很足，這次體驗感很好，以後來還會選擇皇后酒店。
