環境很不錯，服務很周到，服務員見到都主動問好，很多綠植，我老婆很喜歡，來問房間這裏的服務員很客氣，端茶倒水，稱這服務我們很爽快的住下了，湯孟亭、周純給我們送了行李到房間，辛苦她們了，還有免費的自助洗衣房，送了歡迎水果，值得一住的酒店

趁着參加朋友家的婚宴之便，去韶山景區遊玩，朋友推薦的這裏，環境很好，第一次來這裏，服務員都很熱情，帶了需要冷藏的葯品，周純湯孟亭很細心的幫我寄存到冰箱，又詢問了第二天退房時間幫我及時拿出來，很貼心的服務，下次有朋友我也推薦她們來這裏入住

連續幾年住這賓館🏨，一次比一次感覺好。自去年裝修後設施更合理.賓館內景觀佈置一如繼往地賞心悦目。就是忘了提前一天跟賓館聯繫辦通行證了，不過景交車也很方便。人員服務態度一如既往地好，要求多送幾瓶礦泉水服務員不到2分鐘就送來了，非常禮貌輕聲敲門。早餐品種豐富適合眾多人口味。洗衣房很大，洗衣機.乾衣機.烘乾機.熨燙機.洗衣液齊全。枱麪及洗衣池都打掃的很乾凈，晾曬衣服的衣架也很充足。24小時有人值班，我晚上快23點了來洗衣服，就有服務員過來問需要幫助嗎？就是有一點不足:洗衣房太熱了，建議將洗衣房與曬衣區分開，洗衣房內安裝空調，這樣不會存在客人洗衣服時冬冷夏熱的尷尬了。想想這麼熱天洗完澡上來洗衣服又熱一身汗😓…。總體來説賓館各方面還是超讚的！

酒店環境還不錯，服務人員也挺熱情、周到，還可以申請通行證，距離景區也不遠。下次我還會選擇這裏。不過提一點小意見，停車方面還可以更好。比如輸入車牌號後，自動抬桿這不是一個高科技。完全可以做到。優先住店客人停車而非中午宴席客人停車，也應該合情合理。

前台的小姐姐非常熱情，耐心;特別表揚周純，看見我父母年紀大了，幫長者拿行李、幫我們引路到房間，很是貼心。
酒店房間超乎想象，又大又乾淨，設施完備，有淋浴還有有泡澡的地方，累了一天，泡一泡很是解乏。
晚上在酒店餐廳點了幾道特色菜，清蒸大刀魚，青菜米湯魚丸，基地時蔬等等，道道味鮮味美，印象深刻。酒店的早餐也得點個贊，精美的中西餐點美不勝收。
酒店花園精巧別緻，並設有德盛文化長廊供參觀學習;來時送迎賓手卡和水果，臨走贈送毛主席像章，無不體現毛主席家鄉人好客、温暖 。
在網上搜到這個寶藏酒店，果然名不虛傳。
